God is the God of mercy and has given us everything we need to rehabilitate any relationship or situation. But dealing with free will agents and a relationship takes two then it may be that you could follow God's plan of healing but your spouse may not. Focus on God's order for the wife and how to handle conflicts in a Biblical way. Anything past that dealing with others will be a Holy Spirit's involvement and answer to prayers.
