Lord, please be with my cousin Doug and his family as they grieve the death of their son and his girlfriend. Give them peace and help them understand why this murder/ suicide happened. In Jesus' name, amen. :(

Lord, please also be with the girl's family. Comfort them in this time of grief. Give them peace and understanding. Shower them with grace and mercy, and help them forgive my cousin for taking their beautiful daughter away from them forever. Let them know that she is with you now, and she is okay. In Jesus' name, amen.
 
Lord, please be with anyone who is hurting or in pain today. Lessen their discomfort and give them peace. amen.
 
Lord, please heal my back. It is bothering me again. Touch it with your healing hands and let every trace of discomfort vanish. In Jesus' name, amen.

THIS IS SO TRUE!! GOD DESIGNED US TO COMMUNE WITH HIM. HE WANTS US TO TRUST AND BELIEVE IN HIM. I FIND THE HARDEST TIME TO PRAY IS WHEN I'M GOING THROUGH SOMETHING. BUT WHAT I'VE LEARNED IS THAT WHEN YOU SACRIFICE AND PRAY (WHEN YOUR FLESH DOESN'T WANT TO) GOD ANSWERS!! HE SEES YOUR SACRIFICE AND ACKNOWLEDGES IT.. WHAT AN AWESOME GOD WE SERVE:rolleyes:
