If we can avert WWW III/major war, I think dispensationalism will fall in the dust bin of bad theology, there is just too much information available now about the plot hatched close to a 100 years ago.

I'm not the least bit concerned. The return of Christ is imminent, just as it has always been. I personally think the millennial kingdom already happened. Another unacceptable view of course, but so be it.

Honestly i was expecting some sort of change of ideology with the Democrats but since seeing their DNC and their performance in the state of the union and all the little things after with all their leaders, they all seem lost, clueless, without a sense of direction, no real plan, no strategy, no leaders with common sense. I mean nothing.
This is good news for the common sense people in general who will keep voting Republicans.

I saw a one on one interview with a news person and Donald Trump sometime ago. The interviewer was trying to get Trump to say that he had a need for forgiveness one time in his life. Donald said no he lived a good life he never felt the need for forgiveness. I would like to suggest that someone who has never felt the need for forgiveness, cannot have accepted Jesus as their savior and lord. That requires, realizing we are sinner confessing our sins repenting, and asking Jesus to be our Lord and Savior. And after that, it means following scripture. Scripture asked us to feed the hungry give water to the thirsty, provide the needs of the sick. This is in Matthew five. Trump‘s policies kicking people off of Medicaid is not in alignment with these kingdom goals.

He claims to be a Christian but he has no idea what it means to be a real Christian. He's figured out he can get a lot of support just by claiming to be a champion of Christian causes. I don't know if there's ever been another time in US history when he could get away with this. Christianity has become so rotten he seems to fit right in.

I agree we need to work on ourselves at all time in our Christian life. Jesus, however, opposed the Pharisees and Sadducees, two political parties in Israel of his day. In my mind, since Jesus opposed political parties with the wrong ideas, we need to oppose politicians like President Trump, who has many wrong ideas for the general citizenry of our country. For the most part, I agree with and appreciate what he has done this term as president. In fact, he's my favorite president as of now in spite of reviving the Real ID Act which is an extremely anti constitutional and anti Bible bill.
I don't adore or worship the man and pray the Lord will change his mind and the rest of the Rs.

Regardless, the issue of his salvation is totally unrelated to his decisions on other issues. There's already plenty written on this and he has expressed on several occasions what he believes is required for everlasting life.
