Can you back up your statments, I have studied prophesy and history for many many decades, and I have NEVER HEARD ONE PERSON say ALL JEWS will be saved, whether they died in rejection of Christ or not.

This is called false representation of others belief systems.

well..............ok...............Comment #2, this Thread:

As paul says in romans 11. They are currently blinded in part. But one day, they will all be saved.

And, with that, I will restrain from arguing this point ONCE AGAIN.

You are wrong, this is not true, that is the reason you can not back it up with more information. Yes GOD can do whatever he want, but he chose to give us free will and not make us anything. Not all Jews will be saved. Those who rejected him, he will reject them, not save them. John 12:48 (48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. ) The bible states that only a third of Israel will be saved...see Zechariah 13:8-9: ( 8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.
) and Romans 10:9: ( 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. ) and Mark 16:16- ( 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. ) and Acts 16:31 - ( 31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. ) and Roman 10:13- ( 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. )
All of the scripture I read state that you must believe in Christ and confess him in order to be saved!!!!

I hope this helps,

I think it's well understood by the majority of Bible believers that even the seed of Israel must confess Christ Jesus as The Savior to have eternal life. I don't think anyone here is going against that with the Rom.11 Scripture, because Paul didn't there either.

But the question is about 'when' one does that confessing, especially in full accountability.

Most Churches I've been to consistently preach that ONLY during this present world can one profess Christ Jesus and be saved, because by the time Jesus returns it will be too late. But that's not the final word per God's Holy Writ. Some will believe on Christ Jesus during His future "thousand years" reign of Rev.20, especially among the Jews.

The specific condition Paul mentioned in Rom.11 of God putting blindness upon Israel in part is only for this present world time. Paul showed it will last until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. That suggests when Jesus returns is when that blindness will be removed from them, their spiritual eyes and ears being opened then. Only then can those be held accountable for their choice.

And most churches teaches that the law is done away with, we're not under the law, so I don't go with what most churches teaches. We have to seek out our own salvation. However, they are wrong. What most churches don't understand or realize is that there are two resurrections and the first one is when Jesus comes back and take the earth by force. When Jesus is to return, the heaven will roll back like a scroll and Jesus will ascend with a shout and all the dead in Christ will rise first and meet him in the air. Then those which are still alive will change into their immortal bodies and meet them in the air as well. After he stop WW III and kill all of the wicked supporters of Satan, and put the beast and the false prophet in the lake of fire, there will be a thousand in which they will rein with JESUS in peace. Those who were alive and not ready will be tried through the fire, as he stated. He will plead with them and let them know they have to obey his command, if they choose to continue in their sin, they will be dealt with. The punishment is death, so you get the picture of what will happen to them at this time. Well after the thousand years, there will be a 2 resurrection of the remaining dead and those still alive with mortal bodies, who will have to face the white throne judgement to see if they are found worthy to enter into his kingdom or will be put in the lake of fire with the beast and the false prophet. After, all has been judged and the Devil is cast into the lake of fire, the bible tells us that death and hell is the last to be put there, then the Father kingdom will come in which we who were found worthy will rain forever with Jesus and the Father.

But God will not make them believe or obey, he will give them a chance to change their behavior, but ultimately we all have free will to obey or not.

The reason most people don’t know who to get this from the bible is because they don’t read and other because they don’t know how to read the bible. However, the bible tells you how to read it. It tells you precept must be on precept, line upon line, here a little and there a little. It is not like a story book; it doesn’t go in sequential order. See Isaiah 28:9-10.

I have a question (fairly new at studying the depths of Christianity and Bible) and I understand that we as Christians believe that only by accepting Christ can an individual be saved. Does this mean that the overwhelming majority of Jews, God's chosen people, will not be saved? Also, I don't understand why God's chosen people, according to Christianity, aren't even believers in the Christian faith?

Jesus Christ is God in flesh. The Jews, supposedly, accept God.

To answer your question Cindy12, yes, the majority will not be saved. the bible states that only a 1/3 of Israel will be saved. See Zechariah 13:7-8 - ( 7 Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. )

Also, I don't understand why God's chosen people, according to Christianity, aren't even believers in the Christian faith?

The reason is because Christianity today is made of pagan worship. They are not teaching the bible but doctrine of error---man made... They worship on the wrong day and teach the wrong things...but then too...you are basing your comments off of the people in Jerusalem who you know as Jews, and are not...see Revelation 2:9-- ( 9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. ) and Revelation 3:9---( 9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. )--- not on the true Jews who do believe and do call themselves Christian and teach the true gospel of Jesus Christ and on the correct Sabbath Day---Saturday. Those other people you are referring to, as it is written are of the synagogue of satan.

Well, you've gone off on a tangent and left the main subject of the Romans 11 Scripture about the blindness God put upon Israel in part, so that The Gospel could go to the Gentiles.

It's obvious you don't understand what Christ's future "thousand years" reign is about.

For a soul to be condemned to perish in the future "lake of fire", they must KNOWINGLY reject The Father and The Son. It's about accountability. So when God blinded Israel in part, until the fullness of the Gentiles comes in, those cannot be held accountable, because rejected Jesus in ignorance. Only in full knowledge can they be held to their choosing to believe or not believe.

That blindness of Rom.11 is not going to be removed upon them during this present world. So will you condemn them because of the temporary blindness God Himself put upon them when The Father hasn't? Are you God that you have the power to condemn a soul to perish in the lake of fire?

Yep, according to what some have said in Christianity. But, whoever said that the Christian Christ is different than the Jewish Messiah?

1Pe 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
1Pe 2:6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
1Pe 2:7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
1Pe 2:8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.
1Pe 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
1Pe 2:10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

I find it interesting how people criticize leaders and politicians for not standing with Israel when we are under no biblical obligation to do so. I have heard this erroneous Israel doctrine all my life as I grew up in a Baptist Church.I have always heard them called God's chosen people but those who reject Christ will go to hell chosen or not

So, you think you have an obligation to stand with the Muslims. They are the obvious enemies of the Bible. At, least God has the Jews as His chosen nation, and thus we must stand with God's choice. Obviously, the Jews who reject Jesus will go to Hell; But the nation of the Jews will ALWAYS be GOD'S chosen nation.

Cindy, We must allow the Bible to give, contextually, the meaning of God words. the word chosen has two meanings. chosen to salvation and Israel as chosen as God's covenant nation to bring the Messiah and the Word of God to mankind. Paul is very clear, Only the "chosen remnant" among the Jews will be save the rest are blinded to Jesus ,the truth.

IF ya dont have the Son ya dont have the Father... i agree with your post from the Biblical side.

from the political side the USA has a treaty and those treaty should be honored..

When the Arabs are the "BAD" guys ,and cause all the trouble for Israel, and the whole worlds, we should stand with
God as He is obviously working with the Nation of Israel again., after 2000 yrs, of punishing them, there is more punishment to come for Israel. But we must NOT help God in His punishing work, we must preach the Good News of Jesus, Let God do His own dirty work. But God will save the Nation at Jesus final coming to earth.

I don't know of any Good Baptist who reject God's plan for Israel. The Presbyterians reject God's chosen people, nation, Israel, that is wrong, the replacement theory of of the Devil.

There's no such thing as replacement theology... God hating Jesus killing Jews have never been the chosen people. This can't be put any better than Paul put it in Romans. The children of the flesh are not the children of God.

Romans 9:7-8 KJV
Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. [8] That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

I am by blood 1/8 th Jewish .. I will always be 1/8 saved.... wonder which part of me is the eighth? if 7/8 of me rejects Christ how does that work... ? my mom is a 1/4 and her mom 1/2 hows does that work?

I have Jewish blood as well but to say you will always be 1/8 saved is very incorrect. Firstly being a jew doesn't make one saved in the least bit second you either are saved or your not there is no in between

Doesn't our blood make us part of ALL Israel?

Blain, i agree the post is one of sarcasm?

It is not the blood in man's veins that saves it is only the Shed Blood of Jesus the Christ.

God says this about Israel- I will bless those who bless you and I will curse those who curse you,Israel is the apple of God's eye and even though they have lost their way the Jews will return to the truth faith
