anyone have suggestions about recovering from radiation treatment?. The treatment damaged one lung pretty badly.

I'm sorry to hear that u have suffered such bad side effects . After a left mastectomy I had radiotherapy on my left rib cage and only suffered from a bit of crispy skin
. I do hope that your side effects r not permenant , mine weren't and I hope your treatment is a complete success

Well , I have renewed hope. Got back into regular PT yesterday and was surprized by how well I did. Got new directions on how to get more out of my damaged lungs. Legs are still very weak but can be repaired with therapy. Lower back quite weak from lack of use.
Now the big one - I got .2 miles (2/10's) on the treadmill. Previous limit was about 15 feet walking. Long way from 9.6 miles for the
Gate River Run marathon in early spring but hope is renewed
