I've heard of parts of this plan independently but never all tied together into a single agenda. I can't say if it's actually true or not but it would surprise me if it isn't.
 
Speculation on conspiracy theories involves pointing so many fingers in so many directions it makes my head spin.
 
everybody should be scared,

except the elect/ chosen ones/ born again ones/ ekklesia abiding in jesus.

jesus said the world will be full of much tribulaton/ persecution (for everyone who seeks to live right),

and angels are sent to the world to stir men up to kill one another,

and only those resting in jesus may have peace and freedom from the rcc heresy, from sin , and from the world's troubles/ warfare/ famines/ disease/ and so on.

This is an old one even.

Yea, they seek for their one world order, but order be far removed from the world in this time for a testimony against them.
 
Considering the source of the link in the OP is one I have never heard of, I thought I would check out to see what this Agenda 21 is actually about.

    Since this "agenda" happened over 22 years ago, and I never heard of it then, nor now, up to today, I would suggest that the link is deliberately deceiving. All those charts, the inference that the Rockfellers are involved, all suggests that a better forum for this kind of nonsense is the Conspiracy forum.

    The response here to this link, is typical of the uncritical garbage perpetuated by the Dispensationalist movement. That is, for those who actually read the link.

    None of the lists in the in the link necessarily coming out of that conference, and the VOLUNTARY nature of the accord.
