For the past two and a half years i defined myself as a full time student, who worked and took care of my parents. I couldn't even think of having a few minutes to myself. For five years before this time I devoted myself to care for my ailing mom who suffered from seizures along with a raging temper. I lost friends because my number one responsibility was my parents and caring for the home and then I added my grandparents to the list. Year after year day after day my days became crazy busy thato I allowed myself to turn away from Christ and more to the things that made me busy. I think we all do that from time to time. But soon after I graduated college my whole world came crashing in around me, my health took a decline, and I lost what makes me, me. After a couple months and establishing a couple friendships God enabled me to find out who I am and what his purpose in my life really is. I went to the hospital with anaphylactic shock and I suddenly went unconscious where I don't remember anything beyond that including the following day. While unconscious God showed me things and he much more planned for my life than I know what to do with. Since that day I feel as though I am a new creation and God has blessed me in ways I can't comprehend. I was welcomed to the team at work because my training was over and got a pay increase. When things seem to be going awesome it seems as though the enemy strives on making you doubt God's promises and will over your life by using business and perfection against you. In the last week both my parents were rushed to the emergency room within a day of each other. My dad, they aren't sure whether or not he may be in the early signs of dementia and my mom needed oxygen, but I know God has my family and nothing the enemy says or does will ever change that. God is in control
