Lk 13:3,5 Jesus said repent or perish.
How many unrepented, unforgiven sins can one take into heaven with him?
I do not know. How many did Christ not die for?

No, it originated by a twisting of the scriptures
i realize that is the standard reply.Galatians 5:4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
O
That's a pretty strong verse, how can you fall from somewhere you never been?
No; someone who is lost, was never saved in the first place. Paul to the Philippians says, in chapter 1, 'He that hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ'.
No. Legalism (which you are promoting) originated by twisting scripture.
You can put any kind of label you want on it, but that doesn't make it so. I'm promoting the scriptures and something called OBEDIENCE. Hebrews 5:8-9 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

Easy.
You find grace, And contemplate it. But never receive it,
Whats even more funny, Is you are promoting law, and not grace. and you can not see this verse is speaking directly to you.
and you think that answers the question? It's a typical response from those who are mired in OSAS. Gods grace and salvation have always been conditional. I repeat, you can't fall from someplace you've never been. Gal. 5:4
...but Paul is not telling the Galatians: "you..you guys are fallen fro grace". He is using a logical argument, showing up an inconsistency.
Paul elsewhere is very strong on the true believer's eternal security.

.your not promoting obedience my friend.
your promoting a salvation paid for by your work. If you work hard enough to be obedient, God will reward you with salvation. if you do not, he will reward you with judgment.
your teaching fear and law. which will never save anyone.
But we can unsave ourselves. But we can reject His gift.
The righteousness of the law does not have the power to save the soul that sins, only the righteousness that came by the blood of the cross can do it and that is the mercy and grace of God in action. It was offered by our Lord unconditionally on Calvary but can only be received conditionally by faith and not through the works of the law. When we turn from our own works and trust in the work of the cross by faith, then we have truly repented and received the gift of eternal life that keeps us from perishing. Our sins were put on Jesus Christ's account and were all judged through his death and buried with him. Then on the third day he resurrected without sin that he might ascend to the Father. We now are justified and have his life by faith and have been saved unto the uttermost through the eternal redemption he obtained for us and that is the grace of God.Jn 1:17 "law" refers to the law of Moses and "grace" refers to the NT law of Christ.
God never offered His grace unconditionally. People sin for they are under law which they transgress.
.
i would appreciate it if you would stop putting words in my mouth. It's quite dangerous to attempt to guess what someone believes and then pass it off as fact, and quite frankly, I resent it.
Heb. 10:26-27; Heb. 6:4-6; 2Pet. 2:20-21; jas. 5:19-20; if this discussion is to continue, we should confine it to the scriptures.
You can't un-do the work God has done in you. If you could then you would be God. Because you would be more Powerful than Him.
Which is what you are saying, although I doubt you realize it.
I've heard people say that a person could give back their salvation. This is not possible. It would be like un-knowing something. Un-seeing things. Once you know, once you have seen you can't undo it.
Hebrews 13:5-6
[SUP]5 [/SUP]Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
[SUP]6 [/SUP]So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
