based on the concept of resonance frequency
what would happen if there's a tuning fork whose frequency match that of air molecules

As air is made of many kinds of molecules (nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and a host of others), I suspect that it does not have a single resonance frequency. I also suspect that the physical properties of gaseous molecules are such that it is probably nearly impossible to create such a tuning fork anyway.

However, before you create the next sci-fi superweapon, do a little research. I may be dead wrong in my suspicions; it does happen, though with fairly low, um, frequency. :)

If you hold the tuning fork up to your ear in a quiet room you might hear it. The air would simply transfer the energy the same as any sound source, like a speaker or piano string. Air has a complex series of resonant freqs., like Dino said. Just one molecule of CO2 can resonate in 3 different modes.
