I'm not exactly new but I haven't been on here in a very long time. I decided to take a break from the Internet and social media. I wanted to go and connect with nature and grow closer to God. It really helped me develop a close relationship with God and take a break from technology. I'm glad to be back and would love to talk to people. :)
 
Welcome Back! I've done that too, though perhaps not for so long. I'm glad you've been growing in your Christian walk!

Welcome back, Godgivesmestength. Have you read the book Walden by Henry David Thoreau? Your experience reminds me of that book.

Thank you everyone for all the positive comments!! :) Resurrection, I have read an excerpt from that book I loved it. I shall have to read more and compare it to what I went through.

I can imagine that was a bit off pudding for you, despite Leviticus 11:22 in the Bible saying it is ok to eat. I pray your sugar-high won't keep you jittery too long. Wow, I can see it now: Honey Roasted Locusts; Honey-Dipped Dried Locusts; Maybe even a Honey-Locust (shaken not stirred) Smoothie. You were living the life I can see that now! Smile.
