From memory, I think the Lord Jesus spoke these prophecies to His Disciples. I think it was directly after He predicted the destruction of the Temple in AD70.
I've never heard any theologian claim that any of the Disciples thought that He would return in their lifetimes.

So, with all due respect I'm going to dismiss your view as speculation. My pastor told me to disregard anything new and always stick with the old proven theology.

I'm pre-millennialist. The age of the nations is what is called the times of the gentiles in this verse in a lot of bibles. Gentiles means nations

And they will fall by the edge of the sword and will be led captive into all the nations. And Jerusalem will be trodden down by nations, until the times of the nations are fulfilled. Luke 21:24
OK, now I get it. I've only ever studied the King James and the New King James, and they don't refer to the Gentiles as "Nations". But that's OK, diversity is not a bad thing

Does Iran have a nuclear bomb?

Of course they do. It might not be an atomic bomb, but at the very least they could make dirty bombs. All you need is a little uranium in a pipe bomb. Now how hard would it be to smuggle uranium into the US. I am reminded of that book "Day of the Jackal". I didn't see the movie, but in the book the guy disguises the gun as crutches.

Now lead would be very effective at hiding the radioactive signature and although lead might seem suspicious, gold is every bit as effective. Gold is very expensive, but silver is also highly effective at blocking radiation. If you imported $1 million worth of silver you could easily shield some uranium with that silver. 12,000 ounces of silver would be enough to hide 10 ounces of some highly radioactive substance.

The KJV translation is inconsistent in that verse, which might make it confusing. If it were consistent it would say gentiles 3 times because it's the same word in all 3 cases

And they will fall by the edge of the sword and will be led captive into all the gentiles (ἔθνος). And Jerusalem will be trodden down by gentiles (ἔθνος), until the times of the gentiles (ἔθνος) are fulfilled. Luke 21:24

G1484 ἔθνος ethnos (eth'-nos) n.
1. a race (as of the same habit), i.e. a tribe.
2. (specially) a foreign (non-Jewish) one, Gentiles.

Any country with nuclear power plants can produce dirty bombs.

Neither gold nor silver blocks ionizing radiation (gamma rays); they block EMF radiation as does any metal.

This is one of the dumbest things I have ever read. Halfway through I was like "I bet whoever wrote this is gay"... and sure enough he is a UMC LGBT inclusion pastor.

I didn't read it, lol, I just liked the image so I linked it, unlike others here who plagiarize and never own up to it.

The image is true.

I could post the exegesis to support why the whole "fake dispensationalist futurist eschatology" is wrong but no one in that camp would read it, they are under the sunk cost fallacy.

Although the Lord Jesus told those those things to His Disciples, they are relevant to us in 2026 as well. The Disciples must have known that He wouldn't return in their lifetimes, because they had no means of travelling to remote parts of the world to preach the gospel.

Well maybe it applies to 3068 and not 2026.

Dispensationalism has been dis-proven by the very words of Christ Jesus so I will stick with Him.

HeisHere is antisemitic, along with several others here. So when you post anything that smells of Jewishness they attack like sharks. If it's Messianic Jews, same result, they will discount anything posted that has any ties to the Jews. They reject it out of hand. Which is worse, antisemitism, or not posting a link because it will be rejected by these people?

Replacement theology/Supersessionism/Fulfillment Theology all false theology that leads to antisemitism.

Charlie Kirk warned the president to Not go to war with Iran prior to kirk receiving pressure/threats from Israeli assets.
The F🐝👁️ blocked that investigation following Charlie's assassination.
This point deserves it's own thread, but
What do you all think of this?
This is why he was publicly assassinated. Not only did they want him out of the way because he would oppose the war in Iran (and even caused Trump to abort or delay Trump's first attempt), they wanted others to fear speaking out in the same way he did.

This is also why they fear Candace Owens and are plotting to arrest Tucker Carlson. If people refuse to participate in this illegal and treasonous war, the tyrant governments of the pariah states which started the war, and the pedophile networks running the world that these same two states are protecting, can be held to account.

This would be the third world war for the same or similar reasons. People dying to protect pedophiles in power in this war can't say they weren't warned.

The falsely reported to be dead Netanyahu does a full press conference and even takes questions. Really Satan's kids want to undermine this new stronger partnership between US and Israel, it's so very obvious, and the Lord God shall deny it of them and in fact this is history in the making, the so far actually closest point in all history between our two nations. God bless the USA and God protects Israel, may Iran be free, praise Jesus.
And yet the dude keeps mentioning he isn't dead or AI. Odd, huh? Most don't take the time to do that, or you think he's starting a new trend? :D
