I was listening to Ken Johnson talk about the book of Enoch which was discovered in the Dead Sea scrolls and I learned:
1 Thessalonians 4: 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
This word about Christians being caught up together with them in the clouds is quoted from the book of Enoch where Enoch describes his experience of being caught up as an explanation of what is to come in the future.
I post this here as well as in my blog because it seems this discussion about the prophecies in Matthew 24 already having been fulfilled would include the rapture, just one more thing that clearly did not happen in 70 AD.

Exodus 19:5-6 was supposed to happen, but didn't because of Israel's rebellion. He later fulfilled it in his new nation in Christ. Natural Israel was promised to become as the sand of the sea, but didn't because of their rebellion. But God fulfills his promise by going into the highways to find a fullness of gentiles willing to attend his wedding dinner.

- The stated reason for judgment is the scattering of a specific people and the partition of a specific land. If Israel is the church, which nations scattered the church into exile and divided its territory — and when did the church possess a land that could be geographically divided?

Since I'm busy with numerous things atm I just took a guess at what the chapters you mentioned said. Would you please post here specifically what you think hasn't been fulfilled in Christ and/or his body?
The US can only stand against the one world government if it has a strong, sustainable economy; other wise it will become its slave. You boomers have wrecked the economy with your unending wars. $40 trillion dollar deficit. I remember being appalled when it was $6 trillion not that long ago.
When the time comes the US will cede it's sovereignty to the one world government so we know there will be at least one more liberal president.
Liberals are just as much responsible for the massive debt as the repubs are with the liberals welfare state which is wasted far more money than wars fought to protect our national security
