While I understand the point Godwin was making and it is valid, sometimes one has to make a comparison since it does give an idea of where a society/leader(s) stands on the spectrum of evil.
Yes. Especially when some in the West will actually ban parents today naming a child "Adolf Hitler" because the name is so offensive to others, and yet when others are calling for something 50 - 100 times worse than what Hitler has ever been accused of (e.g. genocide of Iran), no outrage or similar restrictions on such warmongers and vampires.

It reminds me of the recent travesty of justice in the UK (and likely elsewhere too) - it's okay for people to be murdered, so long as no one is accused of being racist to the criminal.

Also, I see that they say "we" are the ones with "opinions only" and no knowledge of history etc., ... okay that one is seriously hilarious!!
I know! Lol. Since when did stating facts make one a sympathiser with anything or anyone? Facts are facts, irrespective of sympathies. Lol.

Christians have fallen for the divide and conquer tactics/techniques, and for that matter so has the world.. but one would think "believers" would know better.

Funny how they cannot see that either.
I think that's where the hatred comes from. Somehow, spiritually or subconsciously or via some other means, they see to some degree and know we are right. But instead of accepting they've been deceived and repenting and following Christ, they become angry and hateful and spiteful toward those who are showing them the truth, and won't allow their conscious minds to process what they deep-down know to be true.

Yes. If these people were held to the standard they expect of others, they'd have been silenced long ago by the governments they worship. Imagine calling for the murder of 90 million innocent people? Even many non-Christians would condemn such blood lust. And not to invoke Godwin's law too soon (or again?), but I don't think even Hitler is on record calling for something so evil (perhaps he thought it, as some may accuse, but I don't believe he ever said it out aloud as folks here are keen to).
Are you calling Hitler’s atrocities lame, or misunderstood??

The majority of the Iranian people live in fear of their own regime. This dirty regime needs to be gone, yesterday.

Yes for some this is true no doubt ...

I also think they despise those who do not follow the various forms of idol worship.

Conformity is demanded by those who are swayed by the appeal to emotions, fear, thinking they will gain blessings by their position, being part of the in-crowd, group think etc.,

Those who do not conform have been down the path of objective rational analysis ... an iconoclast brain so to speak.

It's amazing how the IRGC cult had to turn off the internet to perpetrate their massacre of over 40,000 weak and defenseless people, and the minute the internet blackout is lifted all those people went right back to calling for the full end of the regime and a restoration of their rightful king. It's almost as if Satan's lowest ranked slaves on the spectrum of evil expected them to forget or to just overlook the fact the shia cult massacred their generations. Satan's kids never change, they think if they lie enough times they can gaslight even God, but the secular proverb is true; you can only fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool everyone all of the time.
