Be amazed that actually happened to a mate of mine many years ago.
We were lined up in the cinema foyer queuing to by tickets for the movie, when
John came over with his "date" and when he went to introduce her John could not
remember her name.
Embarrassing ... and yet they hit it off and got married and had children.
Who would have thought it?
Oh, and her name is Sharon.

for extra effect (pretend to be tazed, making fake electric shock noises and wriggling out of the chair onto the floor.....)

you will make quite the scene....and your date won't even stay for the rest of the date night but flee running away in shock/horror.....

come to think of it this may be a genius idea for a bad date and how to get out of it.....
