Same bad dream for 3 nights now

Dreams are largely subjective. You can get 10 responses, some saying it means something, some saying if doesn't. And the ones that say it means something can all give entirely different "interpretations".
You're better off praying and asking God to show you, if there is a meaning. Asking a bunch of strangers on the internet is really not wise as you have no idea who you're dealing with. And anyone can say anything they please and misguide you.
If God doesn't direct you to go to someone specifically it's best to avoid trusting strangers on these matters.
I am not certain but I believe there is a forum for dreams on this site.

There was a thread for them but not a forum and I reached out to help because I know that dreams and visions are not exactly met well in this place
Dreams are mostly meaningless. As someone said, pray before you sleep and you will rest better. If it persists, you may under a demonic attack. Since I was delivered from a number of evil spirits, I rarely dream, or at least, I have no recollection of dreaming. "Resist the devil and he will flee". You can command evil spirits to leave you alone. Make sure that you put on God's armour every day. Use God's word, the Sword of the Spirit, to repel Satan's attacks. For example, you could declare that God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of love, power and a sound mind.
You may have to persist for a short time. Demons are subject to us, so they have no choice but to obey.
While attending a Catholic school several years ago from 4th grade to 8th grade, I had a lot of recurring dreams that I could fly. I was told by multiple people that dreaming you can fly means you are seeking to escape from something. That makes perfect sense because I hated that school and after leaving that school, those dreams stopped.
