Jimmy Morrell is actually very bright. I don't entirely agree with his theology, but he has done excellent work on exposing how gnosticism infiltrated the church.

I did not say that homosexuals should be killed like most Independent Fundamental Baptist Churches think
So you have been in every one of the thousands of Independent Fundamental Baptist Churches and know what they think.
You might want to rethink your stupid charge.

One should be very careful when passing judgment on others, especially when you have never had any contact with that person or group.
That is one of the few things that make me angry.

Are you directing that reply to ME?

Should homosexuals be put into jail?

Jail is for people who break man's law. As of a year ago, 72 countries had antisodomy laws, including the US (17 States). Not all of them have jail time as a penalty. In the states and countries that do require jail time, the answer is yes, if convicted of sodomy, not just homosexuality.

God would have them merely repent and be baptized etc. If they don't I believe God has something a little worse than jail in store for them.

Could it be that when there are you see verses which mention other sins in the same sentence as homosexuality (1 Timothy 1:8, 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 and Revelation 22:15) the question is like saying should adulterers, fornicators, liars etc be placed in prison? It's probably tough for people who have this inclination but don't want to. Looking at the inclusion of "liars" etc in the same verse and bearing in mind how Jesus taught that sin, such as adultery can take place in the heart, I pray for God's help for us all.

I was thinking these same things as I read the title.

If homosexuals were to be put in jail, I'm assuming then that anyone who commits sexual sins would have to be put in jail as well, because sin is sin and how could we punish homosexual sins while letting heterosexual sins go?

I know many people who claim Christianity--and live with their significant other.

If homosexuals had to be put in jail, all of these people would have to be taken away as well, along with anyone who's ever looked at porn and/or had wrong thoughts, which... when it boils down to it, would actually include everyone.

Legal views arent always Gods views with morality..legal views would say that there are a lot of criminals that are more dangerous..gay is comsentual amd we cant jail people on thier sexual preference...God says being gay is a perversion of what he ordained sex to be..between 1 man and 1 woman in the covenant of marriage (how many of us have sex outside of marriage..should we be jailed to because weve broken Gods rule)?)

He was wrong on the two natures tho. I also used to believe for a while we only have one nature.

You do know that the concept of free will, which is indeed a concept was birthed in ancient Greek philosophy.
