Ok I don't know how teen pregnancies, christian voting blocks and the iranian revolution came into this, but I still think makeup is gross. The end.

:cool::D You're intitled to your opinion, just as much as the rest of those on here....I'm with you though, I personally don't like it, I find it gross on myself...on others...well that's their thing...I won't say anything...:p
 
Hey i think everyone has a choice to wear make up. Today you can't walk down the high street without seeing loads of pictures of the perfect woman and its hard to ignore!! I like to wear make up on special occasions and it makes me feel good and look great. but i feel equally good without it.I think its about feeling confident and happy in yourself, and if makeup helps with thats great.

Wow Sharp.. I do wear very light makeup only sometimes. Usually just for eyes. I call it fake up. When I look tired and not feeling well I use it to hide my tiredness because I don't want people feeling bad for me just because I have Leukemia. So I use it to brighten my face up because at Church people ask me if I am OK because I look tired and sick. I don't want pity from anyone so I hide the way I feel. I need to be positive and people asking me if I am sicker makes me think well maybe I am. Well, anyway you get the point.... I think. You wanted the reason why we thought we needed it so there it is.

There's nothing bad with makeup, the important is that it doesn't become a standart or over used.
