Your complexion is sort of darker, so darker colors work better than lights or whites do.. Light colors wash out your complexion.. Stick to colors like purple, teal, dark red, etc...

Take your avatar pic.. use photoshop to change the color of the shirt to maybe four different colors.. then post them all here and we'll tell what colors look best on you..
Then wear orange, teal, lime green, turquoise, reddish-pink, and purple. (Not necessarily all in the same outfit though.)
