I’ve been going through a spiritual attack for a couple of weeks now and have been having sickening thoughts. I’ve prayed I don’t know how many times, I’ve had people pray with and for me, I’ve been prayed over by a pastor and still nothing. I’ve even started reading scripture aloud. I’m just losing hope with my life

I will say a prayer for God to end these spiritual attacks so that you can have peace of mind and a certain measure of joy in your heart.

Thank you all for your prayers, I was also recently diagnosed with ocd that might have been caused due to having strep throat awhile back. I want these thoughts to go away forever.

Gemmy, the enemy may attack us, but keep God's armor on! Your helmet, breastplate, sandals... (more). It's not easy to fight our way... so let God do the fighting. But strive to do right in all situations and not have your breastplate out of place (that would be deadly), and find ways to still share the good news of peace. I pray with you for one to one opportunities w/ a friend or stranger, sharing with kids thru sunday school, etc.... we just know the harvest is ripe, and laborers are few.

Ah, and never forget, wc was sunday's theme in church this week: God is faithful through and through!

"Calm the mind. Existing or preexisting circumstances or surroundings causing worrisome or
emotional STRESS often bring cause of unhealthy and negative thinking. One should consider
and confront any underlying issue that may be causing STRESS. STRESS has untold side effects,
and it is wise to make a strong effort to eliminate a condition that may be causing the STRESS.
Allow a vigorous God consciousness to be a daily practice. A calm relaxed atmosphere helps calm
the inner self, it works if you work at it...believe it! Keep it simple, and don't complicate the simple
things. Scripture and prayer are good, but not to the extent that it muddles the mind. Often one
can overdo the scripture part, if the attitude is not clearly focused. Focus on calming the mind...
A short profound prayer that I have relied on many times, the Serenity Prayer. I hope you find it,
and use it. I pray you find what is needed in your life...you can...and you will!
'Praise God'

I’m lifting you up in my prayers, Gemmy. May our God of all power and strength reach out to help you at this time.

Psalm 86:7 In the day of my trouble I will call to you, for you will answer me.

There are times when one gets, or becomes confused, as to who, or what is doing the attacking!
This may sound a bit "cliche", but, letting go, and letting God lead you, may be the best advice one could give to another.
Ask God, which way He wants ya to go!
You well may be trying to overcome something in your mind, heart, soul, spirit, flesh, life, that God knows you are in danger of losing yourself over. Something like bringing a knife to a gunfight! Sure! You'll get a lick or 2 in! But, you're gonna lose! And, you don't want that for you! And, God don't want that for His child either!
Isaiah 28
9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.
10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

IOW? You're biting off more then you can chew!

I just prayed and surrendered it to God.

I can definitely relate to that. Hang in there. God is faithful. He will not let you fall. You're His child and your life is hidden in Him.

u need a distraction and to relax, read a book, play a nice game, go for a walk in the park or partake in a hobbie, the more your fixated on the negative the more it will bother u, try to think of wat good in your life and meditate on the righteousness of God

I have been struggling with scary thoughts as well recently. So I think you're not alone in this. It's an attack on God's body... it's a spiritual thing.

What kind of thoughts are you getting?
Are you getting any dreams? If so, are you seeing any animals, strange women or men?
Are you experiencing any pain such as neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, headaches?

If you're being attacked by spirits, it is God's way of chastening us. When we allow sin into our lives, we allow the demon in as well, be it lust, pride, anger, etc. God is wanting you to change. You may have an open door somewhere.

Please give this a watch. It is an online ministry that I am a part of that has helped me by casting out demons from me.

If you experience any coughing, yawning, burping, or vomitting, let me know

Don't know about Gemmy. But for the past few months I've been having random dizziness attacks. And sometimes when I am extremely tired I will suddenly have a huge wave of panic. Also continually waking up with anxiety...

Hey bro, the dizziness comes from self focus and pride, and the panic attacks are from worrying about yourself. Have you cut off wilfull sins such as fornication, drunkenness, worldly things, tv, movies, games, porn, masturbation, drugs, etc. ?
