Threads are a bit like trees, really. After planting the seed, you watch the sprout grow in a certain direction, but as it gets bigger...the tree just starts branching out in so many directions...that sometimes you have to go back to the trunk to remember what it was actually trying to discuss.

i called claims dept of an insurance company. as i was talking to CSR, asking questions because i didn't understand why certain services didn't get paid,

the call disconnected....

or she hung up on me.

so i called back, and another CSR got my call. he checked things, and according to what he read, the claim was processed incorrectly.

so how is it that the first CSR said it was processed correctly, but the 2nd CSR said it wasn't?

i know they just read things off a computer, but still. lol

Because--- computer systems at call centres never work....
 
I officially feel... Like I'm missing something in life. I know God has a plan for all of us, and his plans are better than we could ever dream of. But goodness gracious... I'm sick of everyone I know around me getting pregnant (2 of them not even trying) and I'm over here like... "Seriously God... I would LOVE to know what your plan is for me"... But no. I'm putting a smile on, saying congrats to Those who are pregnant and just praying God knows what's best for me and my family. Sometimes I feel like... I'm not meant to have children.. That I'm supposed to love them from afar, and love on everyone's kids... And all that stuff. Cause trust me, going on 3 years of trying to get pregnant... And everyone else on the 'fly'... Heh... It's real difficult sometimes for ME to be happy for them, when I'm always thinking "is there something wrong with me?"....

I was studying it for a bit and I nearly visited Russia a few years ago, but I'm a million miles away from being fluent LOL.

Heheheheh... I didn't wear my 'TEXAN' badge with much gusto until I tried living in another state. Then I realized all that Texas pride exists for a reason. :cool: Sorry other states. We're awesome.

The only thing worse than not getting responses to your resume is getting several e-mails from recruiters trying to fill insurance sales positions. I'd seriously be like the worst salesperson in the world, and I'm okay with that. But getting all these unrelated e-mails for jobs I know I'd be crappy at just makes me feel like I'm such a misfit I can't even do a crappy job that "anyone could do".

You didn't have to watch it again but I bet you did :p. Lol, and I certainly do. Nothing, I mean nothing....ever stuck in my head as bad as that song when I first heard it. Took well over 49 times to get over the catchiness
