Eh.... Things could be worse. Let's just say that I've seen a family member at their LOWEST low point in their lives... Like they have officially hit rock bottom... And It took ME... To finally make them wake up, see things (or try too) from a different point of view... And to cry and beg to them to try help.
Pretty sure God knows how to use words better than I ever will, but I've never done that Before.. Never seen this family member look like this.. And pretty much almost kill themselves. I don't understand certain things in life, or addiction for that matter. But holy smokes... I'm just thankful and blessed for close family friends. I won't be someone's punching bag... But I'll be gods vessel to talk to someone.
whew!!! Man... I got serious there... Wayuuyyyy too early for that right now lol.

I always buy the cheap 20 dollar burner flip phones with no commitment to contract. It's easy to just let such things go when you don't have a 500 dollar computer for a phone that takes xrays

Phone contracts are for suckers. What I meant was I wish I could not have a phone and not get a slew of complaints from people trying to send me texts or call me. These days if you are not reachable 24-7 it is a social insult to everyone you know, or so it seems from their reactions.

How can they complain if they can't call? I don't use facebook either so they can't nag at me there either.
It really did suck though, I do not live in my hometown anymore and I lost alllll my contact information with the phone. I won't ever talk to some of them again I imagine. I had a lot of friends that I didn't know the last names of so I couldn't even do the unthinkable and *cringe* signup on facebook

Had to get a new one, myself. The only reason was because there were no mp3 players anywhere to be found in town when i went shopping.
Got that? No. Mp3. Players.
So it's either carry a tracking device or have no music, could care less really about phone calls generally.
Had so much reason to be paranoid lately that paranoia is actually just being realistic at this point, just business as usual. Fun, fun.
Actually has me wondering sometimes if someone is at the other end of the pipes leading from the toilet waiting to collect and weigh out my BMs every day.

There's always online, but then they could track your purchases. Which I don't really give a flying flitter about, but if you're really worried about being tracked... Maybe get a friend to buy you an mp3 player online?
