Lets expound. We are to submit unto each other so much as the Spirit of Christ dwells in each of us. We do not submit to man nor to flesh. We submit to Jesus. If Jesus is in you of a surety, then when His ministry is operating in you at a given point, I submit to that ministry that is of the Holy Spirit. However, we'd better make sure we are discerning His Spirit and not another, lest we follow Jim Jones to a coolade fest!
