sweet. every flower has it's own attitude! i love the green & yellow together.Here's a pic I took of evening primrose in my front yard late last spring. It started showing up several years ago. I love the evening time and I love seeing them bloom as the day is drawing to a close.

These remind me of this bouquet of Canterbury Bells my daughter gifted me for Mother's Day a couple of year ago. This picture is dated over a month later!They are one of God's favourite flowers. They signify the Passion of Christ.

I thought I'd see how well a portulaca would fare on my patio this spring not realizing it closes up for the night. It might be my new favorite and is sitting pretty in my 'featured' hanging basket.
