Who wants to get old all alone? Lets get old together. I can just see us all in the CC Singles nursing home...


Ugly and Pipp will be in the kitchen having a meatloaf and cupcake war.

Liamson and Misty will be in one corner debating gender issues. :)

Descyple and AzureAFire would be squabbling over ice cream.

Jullianna would be sneaking into everyone's room to straighten all the items on their nightstand.

Aimee would have a stand set up in the common room for $5 therapy sessions.

Shouryu would still be lifting weights, while trying not to notice all of the cute wrinkly elderly gym bunnies doing water aerobics on the other side of the room. *snicker*

iTore would have his room decked out in Star Wars stuff. He will wake every morning with his face mysteriously painted as some random superhero, and will never know how or why.

Kenthomas would be on stage in the cafeteria every night doing duck and skunk impressions.



We are gonna be the coolest old people ever!
What else is gonna be going on around this epic nursing home?
 
To keep my ice cream all to myself I would fight AzureAfire to the death (and since we'd be in a Senior's home, death wouldn't be too far away).

The only way AzureAfire would be able to get any of my ice cream is if she steals some while Shouryu and I are momentarily distracted by the "cute wrinkly elderly bunnies doing water aerobics".

I'm liking this Seniors Home already (can I sign up for it and move in now???).

LOL @ this thread idea. How is it no one has thought of this sooner? I'll have to give this some pondering. :)
 
I volunteer myself to be the fitness instructor at our future Seniors home. But since we'll all be weak and frail, instead of using actual weights, I'll just have us all lifting our prescription pill bottles. And I don't want anyone cheating by taking all your medication first and therefore only lifting empty bottles!!! I will be very strict in my pre-workout medication inspections!!!

My training motto will be "Lift Full Prescription-Pill Bottles or Go Home"

I already feel like I need a nursing home. :p Either that or a gym. I guess a gym would be a lot easier to get into right now. :rolleyes: See-ya!

Hey everbody, in our Senior's home I think it would be a good idea to only let Catherder eat his tapioca pudding with a plastic spoon, just in case he loses pinochle to his imaginary friend and tries to stab him!!!
 
I'm eating my dinner specially ordered in from restaurants. I will not lower myself to eat retirement home cafeteria food. I did not fight in WOrld War 4 to eat steak patties as hard as hockey pucks.

oh, there goes Jullianna again, getting in trouble for bringing her gun in the home again. Claiming that people are stealing her carrots. She never was the same after that gummy bear factory tragedy :(

Don't tell Jullianna this, but the orderlies here at the Home replaced the bullets in her gun with a flag that has the word "Bang" written on it.

Hopefully Jullianna won't notice the difference when she finally flips out and starts "capping off" on all of us!!!

This thread reminds me of Bubba Ho-tep. I think I need to watch that movie tonight XD For anyone that hasn't heard of it, it's a Bruce Campbell movie. He's playing a senior in a retirement home who believes he's Elvis, and his friend (who is black) believes he is JFK have to fight off mummies that are killing off other seniors in the home XD

Sonpointer, you and I will be getting along just fine in the Senior's Home (so long as you remain my M&M Dealer and keep me fully supplied!!!).

Whoa, whoa, whoa!!! Who let this "young adult" into our Senior's Home??? She's probably only here as a volunteer to get extra credit for her college course in "Senior Psychology".

Are we just a bunch of lab rats to you, Blueorchid??? We Seniors are human too (well, most of us are - lol).

Watch out guys, Jullianna's teetering on the edge of her sanity! Quick, get the syringes ready with extra-strength morphine to subdue her (remember last time the regular strength morphine just made her angrier and stronger!!!).
