Technically speaking, if the [central/main] intent of a thread is to be [at its core] a Bible-based discussion (study of what scripture says about the topic) - it is valid to be in the Bible Discussion Forum. If this is not true, then it should go elsewhere in a more appropriate forum.

Since the OP has stated that he is interested in a biblical perspective...
Albeit, it would be much better to make such a statement in the initial/original post of the thread for clarification of intent.

My intent is the biblical perspective because that is exactly what this whole situation is.
Where is the boldness of our witness to God's word gone? Fear of being called out for what we believe?
I for one am seeking those here to hear what the Lord has shown them and to share to Edify.
Its not a debate on who's correct nor pointing the finger at one who doesn't believe in anothers belief such as the rapture.
Its coming together and sharing what knowledge and wisdom the Lord has given.
Many have made it a point to discuss this modern ISRAEL fake Israel thing but the truth of the matter is for the end time to happen there needs to be a Israel. Plain and simple.
Many say its all political...we dont get into politics....we dont vote... we're not of this world....cop out imo. Bad times are coming my friend let's prepare.

Luk 18:7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?

Luk 18:8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

1. Jesus' Instructions to Us

First and foremost, Jesus instructs us to endure. That's is really the most important thing for us to do. He may have individual instructions for each of us, but to endure is to everyone who belongs to Him.

Matthew 24:13 "But the one who endures to the end will be saved."

Mark 13:13 "And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved."

Matthew 10:22 "And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved."

And He says this because our faith will be tested. Will we belief God when He says He will provide for us when the mark of the beast is imposed and we are no longer able to buy and sell when we say no to that mark? Will we still say no when threatened with execution by beheading? Do we believe God when He says He will resurrect us and clothe us with immortality?

That is the kind of faith we need to build up in Christ - to be able to say no to the antichrist and the beast system. We must have strong faith in Christ just like my signature says "so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand." (Ephesian 6:13b)

With that said, we are going to go through the great tribulation. Jesus said Himself that He's going to collect us on the last day. He said, (John 6:39) "And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day." I belong to God and I believe Him regardless of what anyone else says.

2. Two Wars That Seem to Head Towards Fulfillment

As I have mentioned before, the October 7 war resulted in the whole world officially turning on Israel and demanding a two-state solution. The two-state solution could very well be the agreement that the antichrist confirms with many. We'll see.

Daniel 9:27 "He will confirm a covenant with many for one 'seven.' In the middle of the 'seven' he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him."

Also Russia has allied with many Muslim countries. And that really hasn't happened before. That whole scenario seems to set up for the Ezekiel 38 war which hasn't happened come to pass yet. It will show how God will deliver the nation from that enemy in front of everyone.

Ezekiel 38:16 "You will come up against my people Israel, like a cloud covering the land. In the latter days I will bring you against my land, that the nations may know me, when through you, O Gog, I vindicate my holiness before their eyes."

3. River Euphrates Estimated to Dry up by 2040, but Predicted to Dry Up Supernaturally Sooner.

Revelation 16:12 "The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East."

The Iraqi Ministry of Water Resources warns that the river could be dry by 2040. So given that if left to itself that it will dry up by 2040, and the Bible says the sixth angel will pour out his bowl on the river, then the angel could very well be pouring that bowl on the river well before 2040.

4. The Technology for the Mark of the Beast is a Reality.

Some people in Europe are already using this technology - this is currently NOT the mark of the beast because it isn't tied to worship of any one world leader. But it is to show that the technology is already here. The mark of the forehead or hand, I believe, isn't an embedded chip, but a tattoo - maybe of a QR code or something.

Revelation 13:16 It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads....

The Greek word used in Revelation 13:16 for "mark" is charagma, which literally means an etching, engraving, stamp, or scratch.

I would go with a tattoo over a chip because then updating the software, if needed, is easy.

5. The Third Jewish Temple Will Be Built

Revelation 11:1 I was given a reed like a measuring rod and was told, “Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, with its worshipers. 2 But exclude the outer court; do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles. They will trample on the holy city for 42 months.

I think the two-state solution will allow the third Jewish temple to be built to the north of the Dome of the Rock and Al Aqsa mosque. We have to keep in mind that the antichrist wants the third Jewish temple built just as much or even more than the Jews do.

How about you? What do you think? How does the current events mesh with the end time prophecies to you?

🕊️

Excellent....I agree with what you posted. I see in your post that you allude to enduring the tribulation which tells me you dont believe in the pre trib rapture event? Which is fine if you dont . Not here to judge just, to establish what foundation one stands on.

Love what you shared about Russia and Iran......I believe that is why Trump can't make a successful deal with Iran because God said he (God) will handle what needs to be done. I thought the United States didn't negotiate with terrorists....what changed..?

It seems strange to me that there are no threads about what is happening in the world today.
Especially with the U.S. and Iran war, Europe's invasion of Islam, the U.S states being slowly taken over by Muslim population.
Do you find it hard to not be political with these events and rather then to be silent?
I believe the church must have a loud voice in these matters for we were all born for such a time as this.
I believe we are in the last days and the soon return of our great king and savior JESUS CHRIST.
I've seen alot of post with some knowledgeable saints here knowing history and scripture, so let us come together and learn from one another.
Let me begin the conversation with possibly a not so well known fact.

During ww2 many Muslims put there lives in danger and almost certain death aiding the jews to escape the terror of Hitlers nightmare.
Hiding them and even providing transportation to other countries including the middle east.
So what has changed since then? Why was it only when the jews returned to the land that enmity began?

Actually, there is one thread about what is happening in the world today:
Applying GW to Politics - how Christian faith might be salt & light in this world.
Hope you will discuss there as well as here.

Regarding the invasion of the Jews into Palestine following WW2, we owe the enmity to Britain,
which greenlighted the Jews going in with guns blazing instead of requiring them to purchase land at a premium price.

So, the Palestinians should not have sold land to the Jews following WW2?

Let me leave you with another scripture that may be of some use.

Jol 3:2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land

If my understanding is correct you say the land was stolen by israel?

You're kidding me, right? You think the Palestinians gave it to them?!

On November 29, 1947, the United Nations passed Resolution 181, which planned to split British Mandatory Palestine into separate Jewish and Arab states. Jewish leaders accepted the plan, but Arab leaders rejected it, saying it was unfair to the local Arab majority.

The war started because the British did not negotiate a peaceful plan that could have compensated the locals by paying them so well they would gladly sell. (An ounce of prevention? Pay me less now?) However, this probably would have needed to be financed by wealthy Jewish bankers and administered by the U.S. government.

Can we have a mulligan?

And I ask why? Why not here? Don't you think this has to do with end times prophecy.? Or is it just a political objective.
Everyone seems to have their opinion on Israel and there's been several threads about such.
But none about current affairs as the world is being reshaped and conditioned just as the Bible says.

Hello God-fearing! You are totally free to discuss in this category, no worries there. I don't see an elephant in the room here, I just see people discussing these things within different forum categories. I simply mentioned the Christian News Forum because that's where people will typically look for current events [i.e. what's happening today], and people do present the Biblical perspective there as well, so no harm, no foul either way. It's all good.

This is an extremely shallow and uneducated view of the conflict as well as being deficient of both biblical and historical records, any of which can be found online. The actual biblical narrative, in Genesis, explains the conflict as it began and it continues to this day.

Unless a person does not want to include God's perspective on it, and the facts of the occupation of the land (it was not a Palestinian Eden) as it was prior to Israel being formed, then by all means go ahead and basically conclude Israel is not legal. Sure. Why not? Wave a Palestinian flag join the multitudes wishing the annilation that Hitler did not succeed in accomplishing. It's so popular after all. :cautious:

Thank you citizen.....and thank you for making me aware of such things in other forums. Im trying to narrow the margins by a faith vrs Gods word. For those to share views according to scripture and what the Lord has shown them.

There is a thread entitled 'More about Israel' started in 25 and ongoing. I don't remember if I contributed to it or not, but not recently anyway.

That would be direct and specifically about concerns about Israel and its legitimacy I would think. I don't see that as a topic for this particular thread which would, imo, certainly be about more than just Israel. I just think that dishing Israel is not what this op is about.

There are too many people who believe God is done with Israel and I don't agree with that view. Anyway...

I don't know what you are referring to and please ask questions without a conclusion as to what I think. I prefer to express my own thoughts and not have them told me. Thanks
