Now I am wondering. If Israel was dispersed by the Syrians, and Babylon captured Judah, what threat was Israel to Gaza, and why would they suffer judgment by God?
Amos 1:6 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver them up to Edom:
Am I wrong by assuming there are 4 infractions? In other words, the Palestinians, are actually Philistines in the Bible. I have heard that they are one and the same.
EPHRAIM:Ephraim is Great Britain, Manasseh is the United States and these two brothers carry the name Israel...
Gen 48:16 The Angel which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth.
What gets me is that the American media only portrays how many Muslims that Israel has killed and does not mention how many Hamas rockets have killed nor their targets. Just showing how awful Israel is for killing children when they hide their weapons on children backs. Can't y'all see the evil in Hamas, the hide weapons in schools and daycare and then cry foul when Israeli tank shells blow it up. They use and kill there own children for political reasons.
EPHRAIM:
The younger of Joseph's two sons (Genesis 41:50-52).
Ephraim and Manasseh, Joseph's sons, both became heirs to Abraham's promises and blessings. Their children became tribes of Israel (Genesis 48:8-20). Ephraim received the best blessing when Jacob blessed the boys before his death (Genesis 48).
Important Bible verses dealing with the tribe of Ephraim are:
Numbers 1:10-33; 2:18-24; 26:28-37; Deuteronomy 33:17; Joshua 14:4; 16:4-9; 17:8-17; 21:5-21; Judges 1:29; 7:24; 8:1-2; 12:1-5; 17:1-8; 19:1-18; Ezekiel 48:5-6.
In the Old Testament prophets, Ephraim is sometimes used to refer to the northern kingdom of Israel (Isaiah 7:2,5,8-9,17; 11:13; Ezekiel 37:16-19; Hosea 4:17; 5:3-15).
Ephraim also refers to the nation Israel as a whole (Jeremiah 7:15; 31:7-9,18-21).
Ephraim is not Great Britian and Manassah is not the United States...that is unless you subscribe to the false teaching of British Israelism.
Thanks. Are there any prophecies in the Bible that are for Israel today other than Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39?

"In those days and at that time, When I (God) bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem, (this will happen after 1948) I will also gather ALL nations, And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; (outside Jerusalem ... 2 Chronicles 20:1-30) And I (God) will enter into judgment with them there On account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also DIVIDED up My Land." (Israel will be divided) (Joel 3:1-2)
Dear supporter of Israel:
The following article by Mordechai Ben-Menachem is a must read to understand the danger Israel is confronted with by HAMAS.
One of the alarming points of this article for those of us living in the U.S., and especially the southern border, is that these type of tunnels are being dug from Mexico into our country. Ben-Menachem states
"As previously reported here, this sophistication and know-how is being copied right now by Mexico-based Hezbollah agents along the Southern US border."
I believe God's judgment is not just imminent upon this country, but is, in fact, happening presently. Homosexual approval and marriages, abortions, and the unquestionable anti-Israel position of our current president and his administration are ample biblical reasons for God's judgment on the U.S. Unbelievers will scoff, but don't be deceived - God is not mocked!
Is our lax security and, essentially, open borders paving the way for catastrophic attacks in this country?
Come Lord Jesus!
