This so called book is not scripture and is not God's Word
Well, in the Bible that it speaks of Her.
The Bible even mentions about the Book of Jasher which Jasher means the Righteous which it exposes what the sin the preflood civilization were doing. But they kept it out from the Biblical canon. That's why no one is able to understand the Bible because they had censored many Books.
It says in proverbs 8 , Wisdom who is Sophia, that She was with God when He created the earth. That She was created before all creation. And the Holy spirit is the One who will bring us understanding, that will guide us to the truth. That sounds like what wisdom will do.
And in this chapter, it speaks of springs of water were underneath the surface until the flood, springs of water shot out from the ground like geysers when the surface of the earth collapsed into the water beneath. But it also says in the Bible the water receded back into the ground that some stayed on top.
And the Book of Jasher was the records that the Hebrews kept. Then Moses written his records, but God had Moses to rewrite his records of the Exodus (Book of Exodus) that Moses called those records the second telling which mean Deuteronomy.
Joshua 10:13

Unless you want to argue that the Lord is weak and helpless not being able to control what goes in to His canon.

From my understanding, that the ruler was speaking to other that was equal to Him. That He was referring each of them as gods. Even including in the book of Origin of the World, which it shows what the people at the time interpret the recorded information thought on Elohim meant. And it says in Genesis, that these gods were male and female that He will create mankind in that way.
We are gods of the earthly realm that tends to all life on it. but they are gods of the spiritual realms that tends to us. But we are supposed to imitate the way it's in Heaven.
But there's only One Lord or Ruler of these gods just like there are supposed to be one king of this realm we are in. But God said there can be only one and that's Him. It's because the flesh is weak and the king will give easily into temptation. But no one can Tempt the Lord. And that's why He can be the only one who rules over all things

Scribes recorded events that had taken place like an historian. they all kept logs of things they have encountered. Even to this day we keep logs like inventory, ship or flight logs, but they were never meant to sacred texts

The translocators just translated the words but added punctuations where they thought where it supposed to be.
But if you read it very carefully or have the Holy spirit in you, that you'll see what the chapters are actually saying.
