Now, to rant a bit. A woman who had called me ten days ago asking about a product I sell was told by yours truly that she needed to call and ask right before she came to the sales center, as I had no idea which of the ones I had at the moment I'd still have on hand when she did come. I told her that probably 5 times. Well, guess what? She came today, on the day she's said a week and a half ago that she would come, but she didn't call first, and they had all been sold. She drove for two hours for nothing. I'd even offered her ten days ago that she could hold one with a credit card number, but she didn't want to. Anyway, apparently gasoline isn't expensive enough yet...

I just wanted to thank those who have been so loving and supportive to me today. Your encouragement, comments and emails have been greatly appreciated and I've been excited to read how God is using you. :)
 
And with your last post, Jullianna, I made my previous post untrue, as I clicked the like button. No longer an even 300 likes in this thread :)

Facebook must be the only place where you can brag about doing something everyone has to do, and still have people give you praise for doing it.... :p
 
I'm so glad you brought up Facebook cos I need to vent about something. :)

Why do people whine about other people "liking" things on Facebook? I mean...if you aren't going to take an active interest in the lives of your friends, why be there??? I don't get it.

Surely there is some way to block out those of us who actually like our friends and the stuff they want to share with us. :D
 
After reading the past couple of posts, I'm reminded of why I don't have Facebook. :)
 
Ok creepy story.. Just got heads up from a neighbor that there is a guy in the neighborhood trying to get young girls to get in his car.. he's been seen sitting in his car in the exact spot where I always walk my dogs.. I'm officially freaked out! :eek:

Good idea :) buuuuut my dogs happen to be golden retrievers and want to be everyone's friends...
