The habit of eating three meals a day became more common during the Industrial Revolution in the 19th century, with the normalization of working hours. This led to the development of the habit of having both breakfast and lunch, as a pre-working meal and a break at half-day, leading to the current habit of three daily meals.
Here's a timeline of the history of eating three meals a day:
1600 AD: A three-meal pattern became more common in all classes among the towns & cities of Northern Europe.
17th Century: The working lunch started, where men with aspirations would network.
Late 18th Century: Most people were eating three meals a day in towns and cities.
Early 19th Century: Dinner for most people had been pushed into the evenings, after work when they returned home for a full meal.
19th Century: During the Industrial Revolution, with its normalization of working hours, the habit of having both breakfast and lunch developed.
Present Day: Three meals a day is the most common eating pattern in the Western world.
Looking back through history, breakfast was not a common meal for most people. Our ancestors typically ate one substantial meal each day, supplemented with nuts and fruits as snacks. Eating when hungry was an intuitive approach to mealtime.

Did you know they used to say that being fat was to be healthy? The doctors made everyone fat by using their medical knowledge profession. And, it was also the doctors who said your body will eat itself to death, starting with your muscles if you don't constantly eat. So NOOOO fasting people, your body will consume you for it.
This just goes to show you how much everything is really messed up right now. The doctors are still using none science backed facts to judge people and their health.
The Aribians wrote their own medical book, when they found out they only required one meal per day. The medical book they started with was the American book. It's believed that the Aribians are different, that they have mutated into a human race who require less caloires. But it looks like the medical books have been wrong this whole time. They where written this way so some individual didn't have to go without food for any number of time. Constainly eating and eating and eating. You will eventually have a heat attack from doing that.
