If diet and exercise works to get rid of obese, why are people obese? Because none of that stuff doctors talk about works, none of it. The only thing that works is what the bible said to do. Fast twice a week, it don't matter what your eating or how much work you do during the day.

I read that eating 3 meals a day is something that is new. People only ate 1 meal in the day, which was lunch time. The rich people started having breakfast and then later dinner back in the 19th century. They did it because they had so much money they started doing this thing. So everyone started having 3 meals per day. It's something new.

The same article recommended not eating breakfast, because of your insulin.

I know two people who have been taking it . My elderly aunty because she was pre diabetic and very overweight but not what I would call obese , she's now very slim after loosing about four stone quite quickly . She's very happy and proud as she has been overweight most of her adult life .
My step sister , one year older than me , divorced and looking for romance . She has lost just over 3 stones in a few months . She bought hers privately as she was not over weight enough to get it from a doctor . She has lost quite a bit of hair but other than that she's fine and happy she did it .
I'm about one stone ( 14lbs ) overweight , I'd love to loose it but , I like food 😞 I'm very active considering all my ailments and pain so I don't think I could increase my excerise without making myself ill . So I shall just stay as I am I think .
Vulnerable people with addictive personalities could end up in a lot of trouble with this drug 😬 . I think it needed to b tightly regulated but it seems too late for that now , the general public r once again being used as guinea pigs I fear .

Hair loss isnt good. Dr. put me on Jardiance. $600 for a 30 day supply. UTI, joint pain and shortness of breath. That stuff works for some I guess bit I quit taking it after 26 days. After 10 days the side effects subsided.

It's believed that the Aribians are different, that they have mutated into a human race who require less caloires. But it looks like the medical books have been wrong this whole time. They where written this way so some individual didn't have to go without food for any number of time. Constainly eating and eating and eating. You will eventually have a heat attack from doing that.

But a alaskan fisherman can needs to eat like 5,000 calories a day filled with fat and bacon and eggs becuase they are burning calories all day through high calorie expenditure. If you are a long haul trucker, you probably can get by with eating like 2 eggs a day for food.

Reminds me of a truck stop where we were eating lunch once. A trucker weighing at least 300 lbs came in. Had a good sized meal. I told my brother in law that guy would get back in his truck, drive 5 or 6 hrs and stop and eat again.

When I moved to CA years ago, I was overweight. I didn't have a car so ended up requiring a bicycle.
Didn't really lose weight doing that 5x a week.
Then I made changes to my diet. I lost 20 lbs in a month between exercise and diet change. And when I got a car and quit eating better, I put that weight back on.
Tell me again how exercise and diet don't really work.

Not everyone cares about losing weight. That's why everyone isn't exercising and eating right.
Or they lack the will and determination to stick with it.

Starting new habits can be extremely difficult for most people. That's why not everyone puts these habits into practice.

From what I've read it sounds more like you're looking for the easy way to lose weight, that requires no effort on your part.
Surprise, none of these short cuts work.

Also exercise isn't all about losing weight, it can also be about general health.
Same goes for healthier diets.

At the end of the day you have to put the time and work into losing weight, and not trends or gimmicks to do everything for you.

If this doesn't work ask your doctor if there could be a specific reason you can't lose weight. Meds, hormones, etc...

Yes, I think u r right . A lot of very overweight people , when they go on a diet , expect to loose a lot of weight very fast and don't realise that to do that , u have to burn fat . It gets harder as u get older believe me 😞 I'm 155 pounds , I'd love to b 140 pounds ! I know it's possible but I just don't care enough to put in the effort . For me to loose 15 pounds I would have to exercise every single day and only eat half what I do now and for at least 3 months . I would b very miserable and in great pain so , it's not gonna happen .
When the weight doesn't come off really quickly , people just give up and say ' this diet doesn't work ' , I've seen this with so many people over the years . It's a bit like giving up smoking , if u reeeeally want to do it , u will . If u don't , u won't .

I once weighed 220. Now I'm around 135-140. Unfortunately it was illnesses that brought mine down haha.
But it does feel better, regardless.
