The saints at the end at the Second Coming when Christ comes, then after we look at the books and grasp from what is there that God is just, then Christ brings the saints down in the New Jerusalem and resurrects the wicked at the second resurrection of damnation, so they may meet their end at the Second Death. Its that simple...

and who are these folks who appear in heavens kingdom celebrating with him after already having been redeemed from the earth just after jesus raised up?

Actually the Pre trib rapture is a false hope . An easy way out . Those that believe in it are only going to get disappointed. A huge error . Many will fall away perhaps , because they are unprepared for what comes and it’s not an easy road . Or they may think they missed the rapture and totally fall away ? Serious error the Pretrib rapture, but it does tickle the ears ! A free bus ride out of here while the rest struggle! Pretrib rapture is Not found in the Bible , except the falling away is found in the Bible .
