Do these correspondences occur in Greek and Hebrew manuscripts as well? I don't mean the exact ones as KJV, but in general does it occur?

The answer is yes!
I believe the connection to 7 and777 tho not explained has to do with the first verse in the Bible.
It’s 7 words that make up the numbers 37 and 73 repeatedly.
There’s a 777 reference in there but I forgot what it was.
Numbers play a huge role in the Bible and while it’s not 100% accurate to say that the numbers of chapter and verse are inspired it’s also not 100% accurate to say that they’re not either.
Whenever God is using numbers it’s more about timing and coordination so while many may not have significant meaning many do and it’s up to us to do and find these.
Paul called the Gospel a mystery and the Word mystery in the Greek is not one that is hidden but one that is revealed.
Proverbs 25:5 says that the glory of God is to conceal a matter but the glory of kings is to search it out.
We are kings and priests unto God so it’s to our glory to search these things out and who doesn’t love a good mystery.
There’s unlimited Revelation hidden within every letter and every word in the Bible and btw, the Hebrew language is jam packed with it.
Just studying the alphabet is amazing Revelation about Jesus and who He is.
It’s such amazing stuff.
It’s the oldest language and it’s literally the language of God and you’ll realize that once you see how it’s all about Jesus and His glory.
There’s just so much Revelation to be hard and that should make us always want to dig and find the hidden treasure inside.
