My preference is for6 dirt/gravel courts. Long skinny courts I can run on. It's better to go alone because who runs as slow as I do? Probably nobody. I do run a little faster when I'm near sea level but now that I've returned home and am at 6000 feet I've returned to running like a turtle.
? Are you a marathoner?

My sister has voluntold me to hand out bibs at the Sydney marathon. I don't know how many runners there will be but I think I'll be doing that for a couple of hours. I won't be running though, my sister will be doing the mini 5 k run. It's on the roads (asphalt) and I think they run along the Sydney Harbour Bridge and finish at the Opera House.

Apparently in Berlin and other European cities as the roads are so old, you might be running on cobblestones.

I'm so happy that I've now got a new pair of New Balance trainers since my old ones started losing their grip. I won my old ones in a fun/run half marathon as a spot prize! They lasted me over 10 years.

I'll post a pic when I can find them because I really do recommend that style, they are so comfortable.

I was. I've run 9 marathons and would have liked to have run many more, but physical issues forced me to stop running distance. I still run 25 miles most weeks, 5 miles at a time. I love to run, especially on unimproved trails.

Enjoy handing out bibs!

Approx how many miles have you logged in those brand new looking shoes?
IDK haven't counted, I don't run or carry a fitbit I just walk.
I only ever run when I'm scared!

I've only had them for about 3 weeks, so not very far. The ones in the pic are not my actual shoes but the same style. My ones are black and grey but I couldn't find a pic of the exact colour.
