You can say what you want about the SDA lifestyle, but even a Sunday pastor spoke about it and did some interesting math in this three minute video

Luke 24:42–43 mentions him taking broiled fish and eating it.

Mark 14:12-16 shows that there was Passover lamb (pascha) and it is implied Jesus ate it.

Jesus had to eat the Passover lamb like every other Jew in Israel.

Numbers 9:13
But the man who is ceremonially clean, is not on a journey, and yet fails to observe the Passover,
must be cut off from his people for not presenting the LORD's offering at its appointed time.
That man will bear the consequences of his sin.

You're problem is with the word of God and what He commanded.

The 4th commandment was never just a recommendation from God, or pick out the day you want to keep holy. This is God's written and spoken will and Testimony and the issue is directly with Him.

The 4th commandment was not just about the Sabbath it is how God our Creator told us to keep all days.

Exo20:8 “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. 11 For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

God placed this in the same unit as only worship Him and not murder our neighbor. The issue is not liking what God asks for us to do if we love Him. Its not a new issue, its the same story in the Bible just continuing on in our day. Professed people of God telling God how we love and serve Him instead of allowing God to be God.

Sadly another verse taken out of context and elevating Paul above our Lord and Savior. The context is in the very first verse about how to handle disputes of personal opinions. Why this says what one person esteems- when does that trump what the LORD thy God esteems, the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD Exo20:10 the holy day of the LORD Isa58:13 thus saith the LORD. Its sad what the LORD says has no value anymore. Paul said everything has to be according to Christ Col2:8 I would recommend doing what Paul did and reconcile Paul to Christ not Christ to Paul. Paul came with a salvation warning for a good reason 2Peter3:16

Ellen White did not predict 1844 she was a Methodist in 1844 and the person who predicted was a Baptist minister, your AI is wrong again. EGW was never "anti-trinity" another false witness that the LORD does not take lightly

Evangelism, p. 615
She wrote: “There are three living persons of the heavenly trio … the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.”

The Desire of Ages, p. 671
She referred to the Holy Spirit as the “third person of the Godhead.”

Bible Training School, March 1, 1906
She wrote that “The Father can not be described by the things of earth,” then said the Father is “all the fullness of the Godhead bodily,” the Son is “all the fullness of the Godhead manifested,” and elsewhere in that same issue speaks of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost together.

Evangelism, p. 614
She said the Comforter is “the Spirit in all the fullness of the Godhead.”

More false accusations.

We can find what happens when we die directly from Jesus and what He calls it.

Mat11:11 “Our friend Lazarus sleeps, but I go that I may wake him up.”
12 Then His disciples said, “Lord, if he sleeps he will get well.” 13 However, Jesus spoke of his death, but they thought that He was speaking about taking rest in sleep.
14 Then Jesus said to them plainly, “Lazarus is dead. 15 And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, that you may believe. Nevertheless let us go to him.”

1 Thess 4:14For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.

So saying this is a false teaching is saying Jesus taught a false teaching. This is the same spirit that led to His crucifixion that how many here would have been on the side of Jesus had they lived during that time or followed the crowd they way the do so now.

SDA's believe in hell - the way the Bible defines it, the grave. The wages of sin is DEATH Rom6:23 those who believe in Him will not PERISH (DEATH) not eternal torment that is an attack on the character of God.

Trinity doctrine not rejected originally as already proven

The 4th commandment is no different than any of the other 9 according to God Deut4:13 James2:11 so plucking out one of God's commandments when God didn't makes one their own god. Telling God He is wrong and we know better.

The last one was already proven that you are wrong the fact the you posted it again shows you don't care about your witness, God does and does not take it lightly and we will all have to answer to Him one day soon. He will be the Judge on all of this not us.

Here are her own words
She clearly stated that Scripture alone is the foundation for belief.

This shows she viewed the Bible as the authoritative standard, not her own writings.

She explained that the purpose of her writings was to direct people to the Bible, not substitute for it.

So her writings were meant to encourage people to study Scripture more deeply.

She emphasized that every teaching must be measured by Scripture.

That means even claims of visions or prophetic messages must be evaluated by the Bible.

She explained that her testimonies were needed mainly because many believers were not studying Scripture as they should.

This statement shows she believed Scripture itself was sufficient, and her writings served as a corrective when people neglected it.

According to Ellen White:

The Bible alone is the rule of faith.
Her writings do not replace Scripture.
All teachings must be tested by the Bible.
Miss Ellen White was evicted from the Methodist church in 1843.

Ellen was a Millerite before starting the SDA.

Ellen White was part of the Millerite movement in the early 1840s. She and her family accepted
William Miller’s predictions regarding the second coming of Jesus and were subsequently disfellowshipped
from the Methodist Church in 1843 due to these beliefs. She experienced her first vision shortly after the
"Great Disappointment" of October 22, 1844.

Key details:
  • Millerite Connection: Along with her family, she attended Millerite meetings in Maine and believed in the imminent return of Christ.
  • The Disappointment: Following the failed prediction in 1844, she continued to believe in the movement's core message but began to help shape the theology that would become the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
  • Marriage: She married James White in 1846, who was also a prominent Millerite before becoming a leader in the Seventh-day Adventist movement. (Google)

The ceremonial law was a system of "statutes and judgments" given to illustrate the plan of redemption Nehemiah 9:14.
It was distinct from the moral law of the Ten Commandments, which is eternal Psalm 119:89.
That's not in the scripture.

No such thing as ceremonial law nor is there a mention of moral law.

You get those terms, ceremonial law and moral law, from theology not the scripture.

What hasn't changed is our harden heart and being in rebellion
M|y heart has been circumcised. Hasn't yours?

Deuteronomy30-6s.png

Deuteronomy 30 v 6~ The LORD your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love Him with all your heart and with all your soul, and live.:)

A 2016 pooled analysis of over 60,000 UK residents confirmed that low meat eaters, fish eaters, and
vegetarians had similar all-cause mortality to regular meat eaters.
All the adventist studies showed was that a person that smokes, drinks, doesn’t get enough sleep, and eats the standard American processed garbage is less healthy than one who eats clean natural food, doesn’t smoke, doesn’t drink, and gets enough sleep. Anyone with common sense doesn’t need a 50 year multimillion dollar study to see that. Complete waste of time and over 30 million in taxpayer money. They did NOT prove meat was the cause of any health issues but still tried to claim it was.

Circumcision of the heart means being changed from the inside- turning away from what God deems as evil, not just what we feel.

Jer 4:4 Circumcise yourselves to the Lord,
And take away the foreskins of your hearts,
You men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem,
Lest My fury come forth like fire,
And burn so that no one can quench it,
Because of the evil of your doings.

Once something is doing evil in the sight of the LORD it does not change. Neh13:17 Eze22:16 Mark3:4

So if we are claiming to be of God but breaking God's Sabbath, we might want to ask God for help in circumcising our hearts to do the will of God- change our will for His Psa40:8 Mat7:21-23. Only God knows the wheat from the tares- the best thing we can do is live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God Mat4:4 instead of men.

Why do you think Jesus healing on the Sabbath nullifies the Sabbath commandment? This is basically saying Jesus sinned, and the Jews were justified in their verdict of He being a sinner- when Jesus Himself said He kept all of the commandments John15:10 including the Sabbath Luke4:16 and never sinned John8:46-48

Jesus said you can do good or evil on the Sabbath. Mark3:4 that is teaching people about the Sabbath, if the Sabbath didn't matter as you are trying to write into the Scriptures (Pro30:5-6) than Jesus would not be teaching how it can be kept by the choices we make. Evil is profaning the Sabbath Neh13:17 Isa56:2.

You are putting words in Jesus mouth because He never taught once not to keep the Sabbath commandment. There was never anything in the 4th commandment that you can't help people in need and best to let them suffer, this is a complete misunderstanding of the character of God and shows a grave misunderstanding of God's Sabbath, much like those who accused Him of sinning.

"Why do you think Jesus healing on the Sabbath nullifies the Sabbath commandment? This is basically saying Jesus sinned, and the Jews were justified in their verdict of He being a sinner"

The Jews failed to understand/believe that Jesus is Lord, including of the Sabbath, and he said it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath (Matt. 12:8&12).

"Jesus Himself said He kept all of the commandments John15:10 including the Sabbath Luke4:16 and never sinned John8:46-48."

Jesus not only kept the law, He fulfilled it, thereby ending the OC/Jewish law dispensation (John 19:30)
and beginning the NC/Church Spirit age (Matt. 28:19-20).

Ending the OC did not mean it including "the Sabbath didn't matter", but rather that it had served its purpose of preparing the way for Christ/the NC Gospel (Gal. 3:23-25).

I do not put words in Jesus' mouth, but those who claim he said "Thou shalt keep the OC Sabbath law" do such,
because he never re-commanded the 4th like he did the rest, because they were aspects of God's eternal moral law of love
(John 13:34-35) rather than part of Levitical law, which was superseded (Heb. 7:11-10:1).

Lies Jesus did teach the fourth commandments and asked To keep them all. Paul kept the sabbath command, they all did, you are blind and twist scripture to fit your false doctrine. Jesus did keep the commandments perfectly, the right way as he instructed us by example and by magnifying these commandments. when will you listen.

Nope, it is you who is either lying or mistaken. See what I just posted to SB, which is my reply to you also.

So in your view did Jesus fail what He was predicted to do with His law. My view is He fulfilled it perfectly.

Isa 42:21The Lord is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; he will magnify the law, and make it honourable.

Magnify the law means to make greater, not end as you stated. Its actually the exact opposite.

I am going to stick with what Jesus taught because He said not a jot or tittle can pass from His law- heaven and earth would pass before something as small as a dot of an i or cross of a t, yet alone an entire commandment. Heaven and earth are still here so is God's authority and His law that only He can define and He did both written and spoken by the LORD.

Why Jesus taught plainly

Mat 5:19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

So what Jesus taught is a big difference than He ended His commandments- He taught the exact opposite- including the Sabbath that it would not end decades and decades after His Cross Mat24:20 or ever Isa66:23 this saith the LORD.

Because once God Blesses, its forever 1 Chron17:27 and man cannot take away God's Blessing Num23:20 God blessed the Sabbath day Exo20:11 and blesses the man who keeps it Isa56:2. We can't take away God's blessing, we can only forfeit our own, which I would not advise

Psa 37:22 For those blessed by Him shall inherit the earth,
But those cursed by Him shall be cut off.

God invites us how to serve Him- invitation made out to everyone Isa56:6 because He wants to bless us Isa56:2 and sanctify us Eze20:12 because we can't do this ourselves Isa66:17 we need God Eze20:20 why we are told to worship our Creator Rev12:7 the LORD of the Sabbath Mark2:28 Exo20:11. Whoever we obey is who we serve Rom6:16KJV -there is no commandment to keep the first day holy, but there is to keep the Sabbath day holy thus saith the LORD written by God spoken by God and there is no one greater than He. Itst he Testimony of God Exo31:18 and going away from was not advised Isa8:20NKJV

I address this directly because what is being argued here is serious and the consequences of teaching it are serious.

You say Jesus fulfilled the law thereby ending it and that He never re-commanded the Sabbath. But Jesus addressed this with complete precision and left absolutely no room for the interpretation you are building:

Think not that I am come to destroy the law or the prophets. I am not come to destroy but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you till heaven and earth pass away one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments and shall teach men so shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5:17-19 KJV)

Heaven and earth are still here. Not one jot or tittle has passed. And Jesus placed a specific and serious warning on anyone who teaches others to break even the least commandments. That warning is addressed directly to what you are doing in this thread right now. You are teaching people that the Sabbath commandment has ended. Jesus called that least in the kingdom of heaven in the very same breath as His fulfillment statement.

You say Jesus never re-commanded the Sabbath. But Jesus never needed to re-command something He had already confirmed as permanent. He confirmed the entire law would stand until heaven and earth pass. He declared Himself Lord of the Sabbath. He observed it as His personal custom every week. He assumed His post resurrection followers would still observe it decades after His death when He told them to pray their flight would not be on the Sabbath day:

But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter neither on the sabbath day. (Matthew 24:20 KJV)

Why would fleeing on the Sabbath matter at all if it had been abolished at the cross? That single verse demolishes the entire fulfilled and ended argument completely.

You also cite John 19:30 where Jesus said it is finished as proof the Old Covenant including the Sabbath ended at the cross. But what was finished at the cross was the sacrificial system, the penalty of sin, the requirement for animal blood. The moral law written by God's own finger on tablets of stone before any sacrificial system existed was never part of what was finished.

Now here is the warning that needs to be heard clearly and with genuine urgency because this is not a small matter. Jesus described exactly what happens to those who hear His words and reject them:

He that rejecteth me and receiveth not my words hath one that judgeth him the word that I have spoken the same shall judge him in the last day. (John 12:48 KJV)

The words Jesus spoke will be the standard of judgment. Not theological frameworks. Not dispensational systems. Not arguments about Old and New Covenants. His actual words. And His actual words say the law stands, the Sabbath matters, and teaching others to break the commandments carries a serious consequence.

He also said:

Not every one that saith unto me Lord Lord shall enter into the kingdom of heaven but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day Lord Lord have we not prophesied in thy name and in thy name have cast out devils and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them I never knew you depart from me ye that work iniquity. (Matthew 7:21-23 KJV)

Many. Not a few. Many will stand before Jesus confident in their relationship with Him and hear those devastating words. I never knew you. The reason Jesus gives is that they practiced lawlessness. They lived and taught in a way that set aside the commandments of God while calling Him Lord.

And He described the final separation with complete clarity:

And these shall go away into everlasting punishment but the righteous into life eternal. (Matthew 25:46 KJV)

This is not said to frighten but to warn while the door is still open. Jesus warned us repeatedly, consistently and with great urgency because He loves us and does not want anyone to stand before Him unprepared. The most loving thing anyone can do in these discussions is to say clearly and honestly what Jesus actually said and let people choose what they will do with it.

The Sabbath was not ended at the cross. Its Lord declared it made for man. Its Lord observed it every week. Its Lord assumed His followers would still observe it after His resurrection. And its Lord will judge by the words He spoke.

Those words have not changed. They never will:

Of course not God does, but that does not include doing what He says is evil. If we have not repented from that- meaning change our mind and walk a new direction our heart has not been circumcised because He said that was the condition.

Jer 4:4 Circumcise yourselves to the Lord,

He won't force it upon us, we have to cooperate with Him.

i know what you meant, just pulling your leg. Christ said to follow him, if you observe what people write you know who has circumcised his heart or not, you don't need to ask to see it. if someone's words match the sayings of Jesus they have.

Jesus said;
Beware of false prophets which come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. (Matthew 7:15-20 KJV)

its not the place to do this, many Adventist if not all I have known follow the bible perfectly, SB is one of them and its easy to prove. lets concentrate on this and remember it instead.
Brother, ... I really must correct you here, when you said, "Adventist, ... follow the bible perfectly,".
I'm Adventist, and I know and fellowship with many others. and NONE of us follow Jesus "perfectly", (yet some better than others,) = Sanctification, which leads to Glorification, IN CHRIST ... Gal 2:20 ( evidenced by the fruits of Spirit. ie, obedience to God's Will )

While we Adventist have the Spirit of Prophecy, by the Holy Spirit, with Sister Ellen White's testimonies and commentaries being the best examples, which the religious systems of the world, ignore and slander, to support their religion of disobedience to God.

"For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." Rev. 19:10
  • 2 Peter 1:21"For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit."
  • 1 John 4:1"Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God..."
  • Acts 2:17–18"And it shall be in the last days, says God, that I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy..."
I'm a Christian, because I believe and follow Jesus, I'm an Adventist Christian, because I understand Biblical Prophecy correctly, and have been called to teach Truth ( Matt 28:19-20 ), in opposition & direct conflict, protestant of what the world ( Antichrist) and The False Prophet understand and teach. ( eg. My efforts here in this CC !:-)

For example ! One of the RCC & False Prophet's main deceptions is to hide the identity of the Antichrist, the Man of Lawlessness

( 2 Thessalonians 2:3–8 ) ... so that they can better deceive the world into apostasy and disobedience by corruption of the 1260 day prophecy. ( Dan. 7 & 12 ) By ignoring the day for a year principle of God, the prophecy no longer reveals and points to the RCC and the biblical warnings of 2 Thess 2, the Antichrist and her False Prophet's, ( AKA Apostate Protestantism, & dispensationalism, etc. )

The Roman Catholic Church, today, is furthering her agenda of corrupting the world into a Religion of Disobedience & Rebellion to bring us under submission to her will, rather than The Will of God. to curtail our Freedom of Conscience, and choice. Just as she did during the dark ages, which the classical protestants reformers pointed out. Just as the Papacy today, the worlds moral authority, is saying that we need to listen to her guidance, " For the common good" of ALL people", we NEED to come together and have a "day of rest" ...and of course it will be on SUNDAY, the RCC's day of rest. (eg pagan sun worship of the OT) ~> Unholy-Sunday! This coming law, being in direct opposition to God's Law, making it
the Mark of the Beast. ( The Beast = RCC, as taught by ALL the Protestant Reformers )

  • Daniel 7:25 states: "He shall speak great words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time, times, and the dividing of time."
  • Daniel 12:7 confirms: "And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished."
  • Revelation 11:2–3: "And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth."
  • Revelation 12:6: "The woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days."
  • Revelation 12:14: "And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent." (This period equals 1,260 days.)
1260-year prophecy refers to a symbolic time period in biblical prophecy, primarily found in the books of Daniel and Revelation, interpreted by some Christian traditions—especially Seventh-day Adventists—as representing 1260 literal years based on the day-year principle.
  • Day-Year Principle: This interpretive method holds that a "day" in prophetic scripture symbolizes a "year" (e.g., Ezekiel 4:6; Numbers 14:34). Applying this:
    • 1260 days = 1260 years
    • 42 months (Revelation 11:2, 13:5) = 42 × 30 = 1260 days (assuming 30-day months)
    • "A time, times, and half a time" (Daniel 7:25; Revelation 12:6, 14) = 1 + 2 + 0.5 = 3.5 years × 360 days = 1260 days
  • Historical Application (Seventh-day Adventist View):
    • Start: 538 AD — when the Roman Catholic Church gained political supremacy after the Byzantine general Belisarius captured Rome and the papacy was recognized as universal authority.
    • End: 1798 AD — when French general Berthier captured Pope Pius VI, marking the end of papal temporal power and fulfilling the prophecy of the "beast" being "killed" (Revelation 13:3).
    • This period is seen as the time of intense persecution of God’s people, particularly those who upheld Sabbath observance
Alternative Views: Which the Antichrist, dispensationalist, apostate Christian Protestants, AKA False Prophet, support & teach.
  • Baháʼí Interpretation: The 1260-day prophecy corresponds to the year 1844 AD in the Islamic calendar (1260 AH), which marks the year the Báb declared himself a messenger of God and the beginning of the Baháʼí Faith.
  • Futurist View: Some interpret the 1260 years as a future period of tribulation, not past or present.
  • Literalist View: Others argue that the 1260 days should be taken literally as 1260 days (about 3.5 years), not years.
The Will of God for all last days Christians is to EXPOSE and Warn ~> ( Revelation 14:6-12, ) the Antichrist and the False Prophets, who are under direction of Satan, to obliterate the character of God and His Son, to kill, steal and destroy , The EverLasting Gospel, the Righteousness of Christ, by deceiving humanity to perdition, the everlasting second death. The vast majority of professed Christian TODAY, are believing Satan, (rather than Jesus ) when Satan says " Surely you won't die" ( ... in-other-words ~> ) ... "go ahead ! believe & follow the "man of lawless", with your selfish, disobedient (sinful) religion of anti-Love, .. "surely YOU WON'T DIE " .... God says "WRONG !!"

Can you show me where Moses is in these verses. Moses was there with God and never took credit for the law of God what God called "My (God) commandments" Exo20:6 that still continue Rev14:12 What man has tried to do erase the God of the OT as if Jesus is not that same God. It is essentially erasing Jesus Col 1:16 Exo20:11 Mark2:28 but people don't see that. Jesus is the great I AM in the OT. Jesus is the one speaking His own commandments and they were written by the Holy Spirit Exo31:18 He plainly said He did not come to destroy His commandments but fulfill which He promised to magnify, Isa42:21 why not a jot or tittle can pass because who can correct God? If you feel you can be my guest, God will sort all of this out soon enough.

I find it perplexing that so many people relate the Ten Commandments as the law of Moses when the Law itself has nothing to do with Moses, but has everything to do with our relationship with God. God’s name (not Moses) is in each one of these commandments and He takes ownership of them not just in the words itself, but He did not leave His holy and eternal Law to be written by man, God divinely wrote them Himself, not just once but twice. He wrote them in stone for its eternal nature and then He writes His laws in our heart 2Cor3:3 Heb 8:10 The first 4 commandments show how to love God and the last 6 how we love our neighbor. They cover so much more than people realize Psa 119:96 just as Jesus taught from this same unit Mat 5:19-30

Exo 20:1 And God spoke all these words, saying:
2 I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of [a]bondage.
3 “You shall have no other gods before Me.
4 “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; 5 you shall not bow down to them nor [b]serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting[c] the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, 6 but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
7 “You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
8 “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

I personally do not see how Scripture could be clearer about whose Law is the Ten Commandments and Moses the creation and servant of God, is not God the Creator of everything Exo 20:11. Moses own testimony said the Ten Commandments is God’s work not his, so why do so many insist it’s the law of Moses so we no longer need to keep them when there is not one Scripture in context that says this.

Deu 4:13 So He declared to you His covenant which He commanded you to perform, the Ten Commandments; and He wrote them on two tablets of stone.

Deu 5:22 "These words the LORD spoke to all your assembly, in the mountain from the midst of the fire, the cloud, and the thick darkness, with a loud voice; and He added no more. And He wrote them on two tablets of stone and gave them to me.

Exo 31:18 And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.

Exo 32:16 Now the tablets were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God engraved on the tablets.

Exo 34:28 So he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread nor drank water. And He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.
You are exactly right. You do not find Moses in the definition of love. And your claim that the Law is the covenant is heresy.

You are exactly right. You do not find Moses in the definition of love. And your claim that the Law is the covenant is heresy.
God says something different, He said it so plainly, my faith is in His words.

Exo 34:28 So he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread nor drank water. And He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.

The law of God is the words of the covenant

He promises those words He would not alter

Psa 89:34 My covenant I will not break, Nor alter the word that has gone out of My lips.

What did Jesus predict He would to do with His law?

Isa 42:21 The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness’ sake;
He will magnify the law, and make it honourable.

God so plainly told us the words of the Covenant is the Ten Commandments, He will not alter His words, the Ten Commandments, but came to magnify them.

The old covenant ended because the people broke their promise Exo19:8 otherwise God would have never sought to make a new covenant. But in God's mercy and love for humanity He gave us another chance- and wrote a new covenant, not based on all new words because He promised not to change them but to magnify, so established the New Covenant on better Promises Heb8:6 and writes a New Covenant which He magnified His law, just as He promised by writing it in our minds, so we know to do them and writings them in our hearts because we delight to do the will of God Psa40:8

Heb8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

Sadly not everyone is in a covenant with God because they do not like the terms John3:19-21 they reject joining themselves to the LORD to serve Him Isa56:6 and has chosen another to serve by their actions Rom6:16KJV

Rom8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. 8 So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

Why the Holy Spirit calls on us daily to not harden our heart and come out of our rebellion and sin if we hear Him Heb3:7-19 Jesus said when we lay aside the commandment of God quoting from the Ten Commandments for man-made rules, it makes the word of God of no effect and our heart far from Him (by rejecting what he placed their - His laws) and our worship to Him is in vain Mat15:3-14 Mark7:7-13

Brother, ... I really must correct you here, when you said, "Adventist, ... follow the bible perfectly,".
There is a difference between understanding Truth and following it. I believe the SDA church is the closest to following the Bible in doctrine and understanding prophecy but just because we know the Truth doesn't mean everyone inside always follows it. The Jews had the oracles of God but went away from it. Even Jesus had a Judas and anytime anyone gets closer to the Truth the devil will try to work from inside and outside to destroy it. If we are being attacked there is a reason for it. God has always had a faithful remnant.

Rev 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Correct. God personally wrote His name right in His law of love on how we love Him Exo20:1-11 Deut6:5 and love mankind Exo20:12-17 Rom13:9

Exo 20:6 but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me (God) and keep My (God) commandments.
