Yes i use the WORD OF GOD but why bad thoughts come around when i say the WORD OF GOD :((((

Because OCD is a mental disorder, not a spiritual one. Speaking God's word doesn't heal cancer. So why would your miswired, physical brain heal? Both are parts of the body not working properly.
I have depression but it doesn't go away magically if I read the bible or pray. Like you my brain, physically, is not functioning properly. It's the difficulty of mental illness.

Well I've seen and I believe so much in miracle healings of the mind and such mental conditions.

I don't think it is reading the word of God, or watching a heavenly movie per se, which really helps us, but living the word of God. No disorder has the ability to stop us doing that, only make us believe we cannot do it. You could wake up tomorrow, and decide you are going to skip down the road singing Zipaddy Doo Dah, but your mind might tell you that's a silly idea. However, hypothetically, would that feel good? Of course! And the mind says, nadah.

If the mind and it's chemical balance can be programmed so easily into a more negative state, then surely it can be reprogrammed to a more positive state. Maybe that is not scientific, but God can do anything!

Whenever I talk about how things can change to someone, I ask them to contemplate, were you the same person with the same state of health as 5 minutes ago, as 1 minute ago, as 1 second ago? Physical nature is constantly changing, we are not made of stone. So if we find that edge, and we stick to it, things are only going in that direction. People believe far too much in constants, especially if the doctor talks constants! They didn't learn about God in medical studies!

In order to heal, you need to accept. Accept the thoughts, accept the anxiety behind the thoughts, face the fear( whether fear of God not forgiving you because of bad thoughts, fear of getting yourself or someone else sick, fear of hurting yourself or others... Etc.). One thing that helps with OCD is ERP( Exposure and Response Prevention). It is facing what you fear and not doing the ritual. I would encourage you to look it up as well as watch videos from Mark Freeman on YouTube. Just look up Mark Freeman OCD and you will find him.

I have had struggles with OCD. It can be debilitating. It can be depressing. Some of the things I do now may be just OCD like checking to make sure the register is closed( I am a cashier...), when I know I close it each time and asking God to forgive me of little stuff just in case it is a sin. If I am not completely sure if it is sin, I figure God is my judge, he can decide if it is sin or not. Before I would obsess over if I lied or not, for example. Medicine can certainty help. I think it helped clear my thinking so that I gained insights that before I was not willing to receive. The first insight I remember having is when I woke up one morning... I don't have to repeat prayers asking God to forgive me because I might not have " said it right". Because God is a good Father, when I ask forgiveness, he does not say you did not say that right better do it again. There is not a wrong way of asking forgiveness if it is done in sincerity.

If you have a fear( such as being condemned to hell for a sin), you recognize that fear, face that fear and don't respond with the normal ritual. This is a step to overcoming.
