1. I was called a Gold Digger because I listed Joseph as one of my favorite Bible characters. I later wrote a thread entitled, "Now I Ain't Sayin' She's a Gold Digga" in response. That's one thing I can about the insults I've received here... they make awesome ideas for new threads!!
2. I haven't been called any names in particular (at least not publicly, but I'm sure the opposing parties were thinking things they didn't write down) but, similar to Gypsy, I've been accused of being the UnSubmissive Jezebel because I'm not "humble" enough to listen to everyone who automatically sets themselves up as an "educator", "teacher", or "expert". I was taught that a person's spirit can be a lot more important than what they have to say. I don't pay attention to anyone who is "self-proclaimed" and takes on a haughty attitude towards others, no matter what their education or experience may be. I had a mentor who was as highly educated as any of them (or more) and had a sweet, humble, encouraging spirit that I always look for in someone I can learn from.
3. There was a male poster a long time ago who publicly wrote (yes, in capital letters), "NO WONDER YOUR HUSBAND LEFT YOU." I admit. That hurt the bajeebers out of me. But, I tried my best to brush it off and move along. (This was a very long time ago, but I remember TinTin and another user wrote something in my defense, which I am ever grateful for.)
