And here we have the hypocrisy in full swing:

Certain Christians sinners sit back in their own seats, and judge all Christains must be sinners like themselves.

We are ALL sinners saved by grace. Not one of us is perfect, or attained sinlessness yet.

“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
If we walk in darkness and say we have fellowship with God and Jesus, we are liars.

If we sin, and say we have no sin, we are liars.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
If we sin, we can confess our sin and be forgiven and cleansed by Jesus Christ the righteous.

If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭1:8-10‬ ‭KJV‬‬
If we say we have never sinned against Christ, we are are liars.

It’s true that sin is unacceptable it’s also personal based on what the person knows is sin
It's true that sinners are condemned by God. All sinning is based on the judgment of God by our works.

No man is justified while sinning. Ignorance of the law is no excuse with God.

“Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.”
‭‭James‬ ‭4:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬
Sina nd trespass is not only doing that which is written against, but also not doing that which is good.

Doing evil is also by not doing good.

It’s also true that Jesus doctrine deals with sin we commit later
That if we do sin, we are without sacrifice for sin and forgiveness of God. If we repent and confess our sin, we are forgiven, cleansed, and reconciled with God by Jesus Christ.

“For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

If we trespass and confess to God, He will not forgive us for hardness of heart against others that trespass the same.

but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6:14-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬
If we are not trespassing, and yet forgive not them that trespass against us, then God does not forgive our hardness of heart.

No man is forgiven of doing evil to others, if he forgives someone else doing the same evil as himself.

This is of the doctrine because he already knows people are imperfect and will still sometimes sin.
Not only He, but not also we all know, that you testify of continuing to sin against Him. That's not a good testimony, but evil.

Rev 12:17
And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which are keeping the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

We also know, that you unjustly judge all people by your own sinful trespasses. This is the evil judgmentalism of some Christian sinners, who judge all Christians must also be doing evil like yourselves.

Jas 4:11
Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge. There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?

Tit 1:15
Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.

“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. This is of the doctrine because he already knows people are imperfect and will still sometimes sin.

1Ti 4:1
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils: Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

Scripture does not command all men to say we have sin. God does not command all men to sin, so that we can say we have sin.

if we sin, and say we have no sin, we are liars.

If we sin not, and do not say we have sin, we are not liars:

Jhn 8:46
Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe

It’s why we have repentance confession atonement a propitiation .
If we sin, it's why even us that name of Christ can repent and be forgiven and reconciled to God.

Only sinning without repentance is death toward God unto the grave.

This doesn’t mean we’re free to sin
We certainly are not free to sin without condemnation of God, the same as all that sin against Him.

Rom 2:3
And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and are doing the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?...For there is no respect of persons with God.

But, if any man thinks we can sin without condemnation the same as others, then he believes we are free to sin in hypocrisy. But not in Christ Jesus.

it means that when we do happen to stumble we have atonement and doctrine wherein we can repent and be forgiven .
1Jo 2:1
My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. But if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

The simple yet great gulf between the gospel of Jesus Christ the righteous, that warns us not to sin, vs another gospel for sinners promising they will sin, not if, but only when.

Matth 12:37
For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned…for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

The great gulf in this life is only crossed from sinners to saints, by sinners repenting with all saints from sinning against Jesus Christ. Only then shall we all preach against any sinning, and none of us will preach for when we sin.

Gal 1:6
I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel. Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

As an obedient faithful servant of our Lord Jesus Christ, I reject preaching evil to all men, that commands we must all say we have sin, because we must all be sinning against our Lord's commandments...

I think some folks don’t bother looking at thier own sin in the light and never acknowledge it to begin with so they might think they have no sin
I'm not so sure about that, but maybe.
It certainly is possible that some sinners harden their hearts, to decieve themselves about their own sinning against God and man.

Mat 6:23
But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
But that's the blessing of the gospel of Jesus Christ and promise, that if we do repent of our own transgressions for His sake, then we can walk with a pure heart and be cleansed from all such hardened self-deception.

1 John 1:7
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

I find it intersting that folks can cite verse 8 as a defense for their sin, and not even realize the next verse negates their POV.

I mean, "no man can be without sin", but, here is the way to be without sin !
Exactly. Well done. No man walking in darkness without Jesus Christ, can say we have no sin.

Only with Jesus Christ in the light, can we have no sin in Him, who has no sin Himself.

The fact that John includes himself in his own warning against apostacy without Christ, is not commanding apostacy to all believers!

That's the same lying wonder, that Paul in Romans 7 warning against double heartedness, is preaching double-mindedness for life to all believers.

Rom 7:24,
O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

What shall we say then, let us be wretched double hearted sinners, that we can thank the Lord Jesus Christ? God forbid.

And worst of all, is the wretched false accusation against the chiefest of Jesus' apostles Paul, that he personally testifies of himself being the worst of all sinners.

No wonder some impenitent Christians openly testify of their own continued knowing and wilfull sinning against God and Jesus Christ. They're just walking in 'Pauls' own footsteps.

Which are the sinful footsetps of another apostle and christ, not the good footsteps of the apostle Paul, nor of Abraham, nor of Jesus Christ.

Gal 1:6
I am amazed that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel...But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

2Co 11:13
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

Nobody has used that one against me, personally, as everyone has sinned in their past.
Sinners personally misusing Scripture against the righteous, is correct.

And only them, that say they have never sinned against God, are lying, for we have all sinned in times past. Though we are all not also sinning in times present, but now walking after the Spirit.

Rom 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who are not walking after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Those who say they have not sinned, are the same self-righteous sinners, who say they had no part in Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. He did not need come and die for their sins, nor did their own sinning nail Him to a tree.

Pilgrimshope said:
It’s also true that Jesus doctrine deals with sin we commit later.

Those sins are not the true believer's 'later'.
It is the unbeliever's later.
Exactly.

Neither do believers in Jesus Christ preach later sinning to others.

Only unbelievers in doing Jesus' righteousness, preach and testify of when they will later sin against God and Jesus Christ.

Afterall, if continuing to sin is all we know for ourselves, why not also to all others? If we are the example, then everyone must be like us...and none like Jesus Christ.

Phl 3:17
Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample.

And so, if we also preach Paul's own testimony was of being the chiefest of sinners, then our own example of continued sinning must certainly be the same for all Christians.

By our own sinful example, and worse yet of that great sinner 'Paul', then no one can possibly be walking after the blameless example of Jesus Christ the righteous.

I disagree, as by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, men can be, and remain, free from sin.
Amen for the gospel of Jesus Christ:

Jhn 8:34
Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever is committing sin is the servant of sin.

Jhn 8:31
Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Jhn 8:26
And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Rom 6:18
Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

BTW, Jesus is also speaking to the pre-resurrection crowd, in Matt 6.
None of them were walking in and after the Spirit yet.
But if walking in the Spirit and light includes continuing to sin against God, then what does it matter, whether walking in the Spirit or not?

The death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ is made of none effect, if His salvation and freedom is not without sinning, but only with continued sins and trespasses with the world...

Rom 10:16
But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report…For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written,

Mark 13:22
For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

1Jo 3:8
He that is committing sin is of the devil; for the devil is sinning from the beginning.

Yes.
I am glad Paul wrote..."Some men's sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some men they follow after." (1 Tim 5:24)
The true believer's past sins were dealt with,
Exactly again.

Rom 3:24
Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

1Co 6:11
And such were some of you: but now ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

Who is your "we", in that sentence ?
Exactly again. The evil judgmentalism of some sinful Christians, that all Christians must also be sinful.

They presume their 'we' to be all, as though 'we all' sinning would justify all sinning. They must say 'we', in order to be justified in their own sinning, as by numbers.

They refuse to acknowledge any Christian not also sinning like themselves, lest their own evil practices are condemned by the righteousness of the saints.

2Ti 3:2
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

1Pe 3:16
Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

Some know no shame in their continued sinning: They proudly proclaim when they sin against, and loudly preach that they certainly will sin again.

And vehemently denounce any that proclaim and preach the gospel of righteousness in Christ Jesus, in whom there is no sinning, and by whom we can only do good, and not any evil.

Rev 12:10
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

Jhn 8:46
Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?

Some unrepentant sinful Jews also refused to believe, that Jesus was not committing sin and trespass against the law of the LORD, like they were.

So we see it is today, that some unrepentant Christian sinners likewise refuse to believe, that there are Christians saints not sinning like they are.

Tit 1:15
Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.

Jas 4:12
There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?

That's why certain hardened Christians sinners search for Scripture to preach their lie for them, that all men must be sinning and transgressing against the Lord, because they still are. Which in turen is somehow supposed to justify their own unrepeted sinfulness.

Which also, if it were true, that all people on earth today are committing sin and trespasses the same against God's commandments, then no man is justified with Jesus Christ, nor shall be resurrected in His likeness.

The lie is that if one is a sinner, then all must be sinners. The truth is that if all are sinners, then all are condemned walking after the flesh, and not after the Spirit.

Rom 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who are not walking after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

And here we have the hypocrisy in full swing:

Certain Christians sinners sit back in their own seats, and judge all Christains must be sinners like themselves. And then quote Scripture against making such distant judgments against others, as though they themselves are all Christians.

Mat 23:2
Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat: All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.
It’s telling how you avoid the things Jesus was teaching ……

I rejoice in the fact that the Lord has presented me with people who taught me about life without sinning.
I rejoice in the fact that after having turned from sin and being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, I was given the gift of the Holy Ghost.
I rejoice in the fact that after the destuction of the old me, and my rebirth from God's seed as a new creature, I can only bring forth the fruit attributed to God and not to the devil.
I wonder if the publican in Jesus' parable would have humbled himself enough to follow in my foot steps.
I hope he would have.
Humble himself to Follow in your footsteps ? 😂 I don’t think so just my opinion though …. But the Pharisee who was judging the other guy a sinner I bet he was wondering if that sinner would ever humble himself and follow him .

Even thought it was the publican sinner went home justified ….wheras the righteous Pharisee who thanked god for his righteousness didn’t. So I’m not sure being like the Pharisee eas the point of the story Jesus was telling there …..

“The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.

And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭18:11-14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I’m sure the Pharisee never justified the man with his opinions but that was totally irrelevant in every way to the guy. The only judgements he cares about were gods ….. that’s why he kept it real and confesses when he had a reason to. But the Pharisee never enters the equation for him , the righteous thankful Pharisee that’s not like that other guy he sort of has his own issues …… the other guy went home justified he didn’t …..

i wonder why ? I bet it’s because he spent his time focused on “not sinning “ rather than learning what god had said to actually do . That would justify him like the publican sinner went home justified

But if walking in the Spirit and light includes continuing to sin against God, then what does it matter, whether walking in the Spirit or not?

“But if walking in the Spirit and light includes continuing to sin against God”

Have you ever thought about learning what god said to do ? And then seeing if that leads to sinking against him or doing what he said to do ?
Walking in the spirit

“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:63‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Walking in the truth

“Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true.

( walking in the truth )

Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:12-13, 31-32‬ ‭

This type of thing is light and truth and spirit

“I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭13:3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That message is consistent in scripture. Everyone Need to repent and do what’s right This also is truth and light and spirit and consistent in scripture

“But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall be given into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6:35-38‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

They aren’t competing messages they go together like this

“My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not.

And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: and he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭2:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The message is not if you believe and then sin you aren’t really a believer ect it’s also not god will not have you now it’s this message

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭1:9-10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

thats not about our pat sins Jesus death was about our pat sins that doctrine is about what to do of a believer sins . We aren’t supposed to pretend like we didn’t do anything wrong we’re meant to acknowledge we did something wrong and trust in his mercy and promise to forgive our sins and cleanse us from unrighteousness .

to be clear this isn’t to argue “ for sin “ it’s just to show that there’s more to it than “ don’t sin “ the much better thing is “ listen to what Jesus taught and do those things “

Correct.

Sin is lusting for evil not tempting thoughts, that we resist and don't do evil. Even as our Lord Jesus in the flesh was tempted yet sinned not:

Heb 4:14
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Amen.

Humble himself to Follow in your footsteps ? 😂 I don’t think so just my opinion though …. But the Pharisee who was judging the other guy a sinner I bet he was wondering if that sinner would ever humble himself and follow him .
Like Paul wrote..."Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ." (1 Cor 11:1)
Even though it was the publican sinner went home justified ….wheras the righteous Pharisee who thanked god for his righteousness didn’t. So I’m not sure being like the Pharisee was the point of the story Jesus was telling there …..
It certaily wasn't.
The Lord's point was that we should submit to God.
Had the story been writen in NT times, the publican would have been the one to repent from sin and get baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of his past sins.
And true submission would have facilitated his enduring faithfully until the end.
I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.”‭‭Luke‬ ‭18:11-14‬ ‭KJV‬‬
Yep, a perfect picture of submission, verses thinking submission wasn't necessary.
I’m sure the Pharisee never justified the man...
The publican ?
... with his opinions but that was totally irrelevant in every way to the guy.
Irrelevant to the publican ?
The only judgements he...
The publican ?
cares about were gods ….. that’s why he kept it real and confesses when he had a reason to.
OK.
But the Pharisee never enters the equation for him...
Who is 'him' ?
Jesus ?
... the righteous thankful Pharisee that’s not like that other guy he sort of has his own issues …… the other guy went home justified he didn’t …..
OK.
i wonder why ? I bet it’s because he spent his time focused on “not sinning “ rather than learning what god had said to actually do . That would justify him like the publican sinner went home justified
The parabolic Pharisee thought that keeping the Mosiac Law was the only option for salvation.
He didn't realize something better, and more efficient, had come along.
Sort of like all those who now cling to churches that are foisting false doctrines that accommodate sin.
They mistakenly think that a life full of sin is all there is.
But there is much more, thanks be to God.

Correct.

Since some sinners judge that all people must be sinners like themselves, then they condemn all people as sinners.

Some sinners justify themselves as sinful, by declaring all people are sinners.

All people are not sinners like the unrighteous, but some people are justified righteous believers in Jesus Christ.

As the scriptures prove, there is no sinful believer in Jesus Christ, but only sinful unbelievers toward God and His righteousness.

I keep noticing that it's only self-confessed unrighteous Christian sinners, that hog names like 'grace' for themselves...
if you keep the whole law. yet stumble in one point. your guilty of all

since no one can keep the 1st command perfectly.. no one has kept the law.

Not all people on earth sin, as some have turned from sin and started to walk in the Light...in Whom is no darkness.
if we say we have no sin, we decieve ourselves and their is no truth in us.

Even those who walk after the spirit are not perfect. for no one walks after the spirit 24/7

Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.
Typical self-justifying answer of those sinners, that do not show any error in the gospel of doing God's righteousness, but only falsely accuse all the righteous of being self-righteous and proud.

Psa 94:21
They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.

Psa 31:18
Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous.

Rev 12:10
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Whose self-righteous to the self-justifying sinner? Never themselves, but only anyone that lives more righteously they themselves.

for every one that exalteth himself shall beabased;

and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭18:10-14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The sinner that repents of sinning before the Lord, walks away justified of the Lord to sin no more.

The sinner that pays lip service to the Lord for their sinning, walks away unjustified to sin more against the Lord.

Mat 5:16
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

All believers repent to obey the Lord, and glorify God in doing His righteousness.

All unbelievers repent not of disobeying the Lord, and glorify themselves in their unrighteousness.

Doing evil works never glorifies Jesus Christ the rigtheous, but only brings glory to the god and false christ of this world.

Amen brother.

But as we see here, such testimony becomes evil news to self justifiers, that are unbelievers in doing righteousness, but only believe in more sinning against the righteous Lord Jesus.

Rev 12:17
And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

I wonder if the publican in Jesus' parable would have humbled himself enough to follow in my foot steps.
I hope he would have.
Since Jesus says he walked away justified, then we know he wasn't just sorry for his evil, but repented to do no more evil against God and man.

2 Cor 7:10
For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorriness of the world worketh death.

All the self justifiers glorify their own faith in themselves, as being honored of God, while walking away to sin more against Him.

The self-justifier stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, righteous, doers of good works, and no evil, or even as this publican, that believes he must repent of doing any unrighteousness at all.

I think my Christ, I'm justified by my faith alone, not by any works I do...

Mark 13:22
For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

We are ALL sinners saved by grace. Not one of us is perfect, or attained sinlessness yet.

And here we have the hypocrisy doubling down

Certain Christians sinners sit back in their own seats, and judge all Christains must be sinners like themselves.

And then go on to justify their sinning as by grace.

Rom 6:1
What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

We are ALL sinners saved by grace. Not one of us is perfect, or attained sinlessness yet.

And so you boast: You are ALL sinners. None of you are righteous saints, nor doing the righteousness of the righteous Lord Jesus Christ.

Rev 13:11
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

It’s telling how you avoid the things Jesus was teaching ……
But you're too late, because I already knew how to continue sinning against Jesus' teaching.

Jhn 8:11
She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

Jhn 5:14
Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.

How can a sinner confessing to go and sin more, preach to anyone about Jesus teaching to go and sin nor more.

However, we see how those avoiding the things Jesus teaches, also teach others to avoid the things Jesus teaches. Which shamefully is nothing new in certain of the churches that name Christ:

Rev 2:14
But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

Rev 2:20
Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

When anyone stops teaching that we must all be sinners going to sin some more, then we will gladly hear them preach the good news of Jesus teaching and enabling us to go and sin no more.

Otherwise, no news is better than bad news.

1Co 11:17
Now in this that I declare unto you I praise you not, that ye come together not for the better, but for the worse.

“But if walking in the Spirit and light includes continuing to sin against God”

Have you ever thought about learning what god said to do ?

Mat 5:48
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

And then seeing if that leads to sinning against him or doing what he said to do ?
Walking in the spirit
It does lead us to not sinning against Him, and instead do what He says to do: Walking in the Spirit, and not after the flesh.

He also says that no man can be sinning against Him, and be walking in the Spirit:

1Jo 1:5
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

When any sinner confesses to continued sinning in darkness, they give up any right to preach the good news of what Jesus says and enables us to do: go and sin no more, but rather walk after the Spirit in His light with God and Himself.

Especially, if any such sinner teaches others to be sinners like themselves, and continue to sin in more darkness with them...

Mat 15:14
Let them alone, They be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

But you're too late, because I already knew how to continue sinning against Jesus' teaching.

Jhn 8:11

1Co 11:17
Now in this that I declare unto you I praise you not, that ye come together not for the better, but for the worse.
“But you're too late, because I already knew how to continue sinning against Jesus' teaching.“

im not sure what your saying “ your sinning against Jesus teaching “ ?

…….i can’t even get some of you to look at what he taught and acknowledge it .

“When anyone stops teaching that we must all be sinners going to sin some more, then we will gladly hear them preach the good news of Jesus teaching and enabling us to go and sin no more.”

It’s like you guys are so focused on other peoples “ sin “ that you have absolutely no knowledge of because you most likely haven’t met anyone your arguing with and accusing of “ promoting sin “ it’s like you are so focused on what others need to do that you can’t even hear what they are saying but …… that makes perfect sense to anyone who’s actually studied the gospel much ….

“Then drew near unto him all the publicans and sinners for to hear him.

And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, This man receiveth sinners, and eateth with them.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭15:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That is for the “ discussion “

to be clear this isn’t to argue “ for sin “
Declaring that all people are sinners continuing to sin some more, is not just an argument for sin, but is a declaration that all people must continue to sin some more.

2Pe 2:1
But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

And so is the same declaration, that all people must continue to say they have sin.

Jesus never teaches any man to sin some more, and so to say we have more sin.

Only sinners that sin more, have more sin to confess before the Lord, to be forgiven and cleansed from having any more sin.

it’s just to show that there’s more to it than “ don’t sin “

1Jo 2:1
My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin,

Anything taking away from "don't sin", and adding more to it than "don't sin", only comes from more sinning than "don't sin".

Deu 4:2
Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

Rom 16:18
And by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

the much better thing is “ listen to what Jesus taught and do those things “
There's no better thing than listening to Jesus teach to sin not, and do those things that glorify God, and not the devil.

James{1:22}
But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

Confessing and teaching to sin more, may not be hypocrisy, but it certainly isn't better than the teaching of the righteous Lord Jesus, to sin not and do His righteousness:

Psa 106:3
Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times.

2Co 6:17
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

1 Thess{5:22}
Abstain from all appearance of evil. And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

That's not adding to Jesus' simple teaching to go and sin no more, but only confirms that He that commands it to all men, can also enable any man that repents of more sinning, to also believe and do it.

Mark{1:15}
The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

Any man declaring that we are all sinners, who certainly will sin some more, is not preaching the good news of Jesus Christ the righteous, but is only preaching more bad news of another man's sinful religion.

Jas 1:27
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

5:18
We know that whosoever is born of God is not sinning; but he that is begotten of God is keeping himself , and that wicked one is not touching him.

Jesus teaches all men to go and sin no more, and Jesus keeps us in His pure religion from sinning some more.
