This app stopped working right

Hi :) . So I had using this app for a couple days, everything was grate. Then everytime I joined a room the screen was on, I was in the room but nobody was there and I couldn't hear anyone. I've shut my off, reinstalled the app, changed emails, dose anyone think they can help me?
