Are we still talking about the carrot cake? I will go with cream cheese frosting. I don't think that chocolate frosting will go well with that type of cake as it is special to me.
 
For your answer blue_ladybug, i will see to it that my spouse to-be is my best friend. :) hard to choose. :(
