I always want a mother who loves me. I don’t know why. When I see a sister who is very caring, I really want her to be my mother.

I'll quote my mother when someone ask her about one of her children. "He/she was the greatest gift God ever gave me". I spent the rest of her life, doing the best that I could live up to that quote.

As a father, I know that she was right. My children are the greatest gift that God ever gave me. Except grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jesus asked the question of who is his mother when people tried to point out that Mary was there. He said that those who do the will of God is his mother, sister, brother etc. see matthew 12:48, mark 3:35

so yea you can call a sister who is caring and looking after you your mother.

From your other posts, I certainly can understand why you feel this way. Since you are a young woman, I encourage you to find an older woman who is rich in the faith to teach you how to live a godly life and to prepare you for loving a husband and having children if you so desire.

Teach the older men to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, and sound in faith, in love and in endurance. Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God. Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled (Titus 2:2-6).
