I can't help but notice in the poll, people are saying that if a fight breaks out in the threads, they just skip over them -- and some even read certain threads FOR the fights! 🤣 (I must confess, that was one of my poll choice answers, too.)

* Note to self -- Get in more fights to draw people in...

Seoulsearch VS JohnDB

Who will win???

Is it Team Seoulsearch or Team JohnDB?

Or will we all be on both sides of the fence Team Lovette

Not sure what the fight will be about though!

One simple straightforward question , about something that I have an opinion on or , that I'm interested in other people's opinions on the subject . Nothing to agressive or divisive , something that will reveal a little bit about the person through their answers .

Contrary to what it might seem, I actually don't enjoy getting into arguments at all.

However, there are some things that I will stand my ground over.

And I'm actually very choosy about which topics I'm willing to exert that much energy for.

Yea I don't like arguments either. They are boring to me. I usually skip over them..or if one person is constantly being divisive, I'll just ...use the ignore button!

I like variety in posts, I mean if it was all the same I would find it very boring.

A lot of people post single want ads in the Singles Forum, but that's not what I go for. So anything like that I usually skip over. Besides, nobody is willing to relocate....to New Zealand lol.

You never know!!!

I remember one couple, years ago, who met here, and got married.

He was from Canada, and I think she was from New Zealand, and I believe he went there to live (I can't remember for sure though.) She documented a bit of their relationship and eventual marriage in her posts, hoping to inspire others to be open to international relationships.

I haven't seen either one on CC since then (unless they're here under different names and just don't want people to know,) but I certainly wish them all the best! 😊

Wow do you remember their names? Maybe I could find their posts on here to see what they talked about!

Maybe they are now living near me! I mean they could be in the same town, or suburb, or go to a church I know.

I remember their first names, and one CC name the wife came back under (she deleted her first account when they got married,) but I can't remember how it was spelled.

It was many years ago, and since I haven't seen them since, I wouldn't feel free to share any of their names unless I had their permission. :)

no just their CC name, or one of them?

It don't matter how you spelled it the algorithim might pick it up if I type in the first few letters.

I just explained this in my last post.

I can only remember the wife's CC name when she came back, but I can't remember how it was spelled. It had a special character in it that made it unique.

And once again, I would not give out the CC names if I knew them, because it was many years ago, and maybe they want their privacy respected.

I have also known couples here who got married and then later split up, and they would not want their CC names known because they are trying to move on with their lives.

I'm not saying that this is what happened with this couple because I don't know.

But just in case something did go wrong, that's another reason why I would not share the names.

Oh Ok
I was looking and thought it might be CC_bride or someone like that.
Just curious, I don't want to stalk them
Want to know what they talked about, I mean this is a public forum. I am not going to message them. I don't do that here.

You had mentioned that maybe they live near you or even go to the same church.

It would be neat, but unfortunately, there's just no way of knowing.

kiwi_OT ?
Only did one post that I can find in the music forum.

Well anyway, I have not told anyone in my country that my CC name is Lanolin. Only you guys know it. I don't even put my birth name on here.

Oh I forgot, may just one person. But I won't give out his name. I think he's still on here!
Some people do use their birth names on here, even as their CC name.

It's ok, I understand.
Sigh, I thought maybe it would have worked out for them, and to read a blossoming romance online would have been sweet.
