It sounds like depression, and if it is you want to take action by increasing activities in your life (i.e., go for walks, coffee meeting with friends or a take in a movie. Do something different as often as possible). Depression holds you in sadness and despair, making it like you can't move. So you want to turn what's bothering you over to the Lord, because it's an expression of your faith, then step outside of whatever is holding you in that place.
I know it's hard, I'm going through myself, but my strength "comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth." Praise him and thank him, regardless of what's going on in life.
