Republicans now have enough votes to charge Garland with "inherent content".
Which means arrest and incarceration.......
well, maybe, but don't count on it...

Hours before the Supreme Court is expected to make a landmark ruling on whether Donald Trump — or any president or ex-president — is free to break the law, a former Department of Justice official warned that the conservative wing of the court has become "mad with power."
Once again, this is TOTAL LEFTIST BALONEY. SCOTUS was going strictly by the Constitution (which the Leftists hate, and which Biden threw in the trash). "Free to break the law" is just nonsensical, but these people know that their supporters will not dig deeper to seek the truth.

"Justices also probed if the institution of the presidency would be crippled if presidents are subject to criminal prosecution for anything they’ve done in office by anyone who might accuse them of wrongdoing – essentially creating “open season” on a president after leaving office... “Presidents have to make a lot of tough decisions about enforcing the law, and they have to make decisions about questions that are unsettled, and they have to make decisions based on the information that’s available,” he said. “Do you really, did I understand you to say, well, you know, if he makes a mistake, he makes a mistake; he’s subject to the criminal laws just like anybody else?”...

But if there is some type of standard to determine immunity, the usual practice would be to strike the lower court’s opinion and send it back down to the lower court with the test – a remand that undoubtedly would be a victory for Trump’s legal team.

In further good news for Trump, even the three liberal justices seemed open to there being some level of presidential immunity that endures past the term of office. It is possible those justices concur in part with a decision to implement an immunity test while dissenting in part.

SCOTUS Poised to Agree with Trump: Former Presidents Have Some Immunity (breitbart.com)

The Supreme Court did not even address the issue of the WEAPONIZATION of the justice system to "get Trump".

Why Biden agreed to "debate" at all is a mystery to me!!!
They had kept old Joe in hiding for so long that they felt it was necessary to show the world how smart and articulate he is (under the influence of drugs). But someone missed giving Biden his drug cocktail. In any event, we need to see God's hand in this. Biden is lucky he did not get the treatment which Belshazzar got.

And thou his son, O Belshazzar, hast not humbled thine heart, though thou knewest all this... In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain. And Darius the Median took the kingdom, being about threescore and two years old. (Dan 5:22,30,31)

But it could still happen. Especially when the Leftists are calling for the assassination of Trump with a drone strike.

It surely is time to clean out the rats' nest. It will be interesting to see where God let's this go and if He allows and provides the men needed who are willing and able to do what needs to be done with all the criminality and insane incompetency.

WHAT was different this time compared with all the other exposure Biden has had for the last 3-1/2 years???

Personally I was surprised that he did as well as he did, as the performance dragged on.

No question (or surprise) that Trump showed better. Why Biden agreed to "debate" at all is a mystery to me!!!
you're right, but you may also be surprised how many people get their news exclusively from NPR or MSNBC. i live in a deep blue state and know quite a few of them.

those folks never saw Mr. Biden's lapses, or at least had them explained away by the media.

and i think this is why the liberal media has been having a melt down the few days.

it is not that they did not know about biden's mental decline, they knew. they are upset that they can no longer hide it, nor is there a way to rebuild the narrative they have built the last couple of years...

Good point, interested in the answer myself.
The answer is the Congress.

If the Congress deems acts perpetrated by the President is a high crime or misdemeanors, they can impeach him.

The corrupt Democrats "deemed" Trump committed several of these acts, and impeached him twice.

But to avoid EXACTLY the type of purely political impeachments the democrats tried, the brilliant authors of the Constitution said the trial would be held in the Senate, and 2 thirds of them would have to agree to convict.

Obviously they did not convict.

BUT, if a President did commit an act heinous enough, the thinking would be that even members of his own party would agree to convict.

IMO Biden has several times reached that threshold. Maybe more.

Certainly his refusal to secure our border from foreign agents and untold MILLIONS of illegal immigrants warrant impeachment.
Not to mention the treachery he committed in the manner in which we left leaving Afghanistan.

If the problem is the "corrupt democrats" then we don't have to worry because the Republicans control congress.* :)

KJP admits Biden had a bad night, but says it is not uncommon for a person to have a bad night and the Biden campaign has decided that releasing more detailed medical records concerning Biden's cognitive abilities is unwarranted.

She also said that the Biden team understands that the American people were upset by what they saw and that they are not going to take that away from the American people. That was a little confusing but I gather that what she means is they now have the ability to erase our memory and they have decided not to do that just yet.

She also said that they have been fully transparent and I would agree that these comments from her do give us a clear view into the mindset of the Biden administration.

They only control the House, not the Senate. Hopefully, they will control both after the general election.

So if they control the house they have the power of the purse and no spending bills can be passed without them and they can freeze the money from all the various government agencies if they do not provide them with whatever they ask.

I wonder how much the week of debate prep affected Biden's performance. I believe that he would have made a much better showing if the preppers had not crammed his head full of answers to all the "if asked this" questions.

Actually according to CNN Biden was told the questions ahead of time so the week was spent trying to memorize his answers.

I figured that.

Would Biden have done better if they had skipped the prep week?

Everyone needs to relax, Joe Biden is "cogent" and according to Joe Scarborough "Intellectually he is far better than he has ever been". What you saw on the debate stage was the best that Biden has ever been.

Hey, Joe tells us "this is the best version of Biden ever".

Why haven't they what?
They allowed Biden to get an omnibus spending bill, they have increased the debt so that interest on the debt is now the biggest line item on the budget. Congressmen like Jim Jordan and Senators like Rand Paul are powerless to get information about the NIH, and Merrick Garland because Congress has not frozen their budgets so they ignore them.

If the house is controlled by the Republicans why are they acting like it is controlled by the Democrats?
