Why do some of our comments (replies) post accidentally more than one time in a row? Is it something I'm doing or a glitch? My OCD is bothering me and I don't like that there is more than one...

Probably something you're doing (no offense intended). I've done it by accident when the page or my internet service was not very responsive ─ as if clicking on the button more than once speeds things along. :p Maybe you've something similar?
