Ok I have not been in a church for almost thirty years. I'm wondering now....What do Christian churches teach about UFOs and Aliens? Or do they? I'm not asking to see an argument or any kind of dispute I'm just looking for an answer.

there's a conspiracy theory of sorts that's been passed around for years that goes something like this: demons are going to invade the earth and take over sometime in the near future. pop culture's infatuation with UFO's and aliens is explained by demonic influence of the media, either direct or indirect, and is being spread to 'normalize' the idea of aliens so that when the earth's new demonic overlords show up in full physical form everyone accepts them as natural.
this is usually explained as some kind of weird interpretation of Revelation & other eschatological prophecy, as though the Antichrist will be a demon masquerading as an alien and by this he'll become accepted as ruler of the whole world. by mentioning a book and some characters in the Bible, this story gets associated with Christianity, but it's in no way a 'church' doctrine and doesn't come from scripture, even though one way or another you may hear it from people who take the name 'Christian'

i've never heard any actual 'church' teach anything like this, or ever heard anyone ever give a sermon that ever mentioned aliens or UFO's at all, period, other than to briefly make an analogy with Christians being 'aliens and strangers' in the world in a metaphorical sense.

now that you mention it you might want to ask some Mormons, since they believe God is an alien from another planet, and is just one of an infinite line of god-creatures each with their own planet and people to be god over, and that they themselves ((if they're especially holy)) may eventually become gods in exactly the same way each with their own planets to be gods over, having babies for all eternity who may eventually ((if they're especially holy)) get their own planets, and so on. they'll say of course, that that's not what 'becoming exalted' is fundamentally about to them, but, that is the doctrine. or at least some of their prophets are false, heh - it's one or the other.
or ask a scientologist, if you really want to get into the weird.

Fair enough. Most churches don't and won't. Unless E.T. goes to the leadership of major churches with cameras rolling and says something like 'Hi, I'm Dars from Mars but you may call me Gabriel!" (they'll call him a demon anyway) (weather it is true or not.) Which church do you think would admit, even if they come to believe it, that they have been spreading lies and fairy tales for 4,000 years?

If you'd like to continue this in private i'm fine with it but I don't want to start a dispute 'here' either

I think the aliens are at CC...

masquerading as people who don't believe in aliens.

A thin liner of tinfoil inside a baseball cap will allow you to see them.

If you want to talk to them, you have to wrap the foil around your tongue.

If you try this, be sure to send a picture.... for... science.

So then the churches teach nothing about it even though the subject is a rising star throughout the world. I wonder why?

What does the church you have been a member of for 30 years say about UFO's and aliens? I don't see anything in scripture that says that there are not other beings on other planets. If fact, it does seem plausible that alien beings do exist on some other world, or perhaps many such worlds. For a alien spaceship classified as a UFO it would have to have the means to travel many times faster than the speed of light as the nearest star system is 4 million light years away. Unless this can be accomplished there will never be a visit to another habitable planet.

Personally I do not attend a church...I was kicked out of a church thirty something years ago for simply believing that God can kick a demon out of a Christian, every church I stepped into since only wants to fight about it. Sooo I don't go.

Hmmm...

maybe the problem here isn't UFOs.

Sorry that I misread your post. I really never have heard this mentioned in any sermon in church but I believe that it is certainly within the realm of possibility. I'm not sure why this church you attended expelled you for saying that God can kick a demon out of the Christian as Jesus expelled demons a few times and so did His apostles. Why is this so important to you?

Ok..We know that giants existed and do exist today. Other cryptids and Nephilim exist. Fairies, elves, and other creatures exist, so why would UFOs not exist when so many people see them and even interact with them? There must be something to it. The bible says 'In the multitude of counsel there is safety. So because of the multitude of reports, there must be truth to it.

I'm trying to let that go... but I just can't.

Its important to me because....yes. I am writing a book. LOL As for myself, I believe in the existence of UFOs and aliens, though I strongly believe aliens ARE demons. In disguise. I believe that this is a major part of the coming great deception which WILL claim many Christians. But that's only my belief.

Unless they may come from another dimention possibly very nearby. Where do angels come from? Who cares?

All right..You can laugh if you want...I won't be offended.

I'm sure we'd all enjoy seeing some evidence for elves and fairies.

Hey, who doesn't like elves and fairies?

Never discussed in my church. I however am interested in paranormal things. There is a spirit world. I imagine these things are tied in with that.

Maybe they come through a worm hole or a rip in the space-time continuum whatever that is. I believe that this was covered in a Star Trek episode. Perhaps they come the Twilight Zone or the Outer limits. I really don't know and like yourself, ascertaining their existence is not high on my list of priorities as far a spiritual aspect of my life is concerned. I'm not sure that I really care either.

An interest in the paranormal is good, especially considering we are spirits, God is a spirit and so much paranormal happened in the bible....Floating ax heads, people walking on water, feeding five thousand men and their families with five loaves and two fishes......and so on.
