No, I believe God will successfully create a NEO called heaven, in which the potential for falling will never become actual because of the lessons learned on earth--and eternally remembered! The howness is however Jesus did it.
You truly are ignorant of the scriptures! In the eternal order, no saint will be able to remember the Old Order of things since sin and death and misery ruled in that order and any memories of this current age would totally destroy the eternal peace and joy of every saint!

Isa 65:17
7 "Behold, I will create
new heavens and a new earth.

The former things will not be remembered ,
nor will they come to mind.

NIV

Even the Ark of the Covenant will no longer be remembered (Jer 3:16). Why would it be since it was only a type of the true substance which is Jesus Christ?

Do you have any more great pearls of wisdom for us or creative pipe dreams that would only serve to highlight your ignorance of God's Word?

And one other thing: Heaven, as great as it is, is merely an intermediate "pit stop" for saints after they die. The New Order that will be established at the end of this age will also consist of a totally restored, restored earth that will even surpass the original glory of the Garden of Eden. And this will be the saints' eternal home. Read Revelation someday.

Psalm 102 verses 25-26, Isaiah 65 verse 17, Revelation 21 verse 5a, Isaiah 43 verse 18 ~ In the beginning You laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of Your hands. They will perish, but You remain; they will all wear out like a garment. Like clothing You will change them, and they will be passed on. For I will create new heavens and a new earth. The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind. And the One seated on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” Do not call to mind the former things; pay no attention to the things of old.

None of the above say what you FALSELY claim. Just more wishful thinking on your part produced by your eisegesis of the above passages. This is what you boldly claimed:

"Well, God is Supernature, but although He is free to hate humanity, He has promised never to choose to do so,
and I choose to believe Him--forever."

Therefore, you're not believing Him since he never made such a promise. Who you truly are believing is the father of lies.
My bet still stands.

I think we both just ruined GWH's day. On the other hand, since he believes with every molecule in his body that he will be able to freely choose TO think, say or do whatever he wants in the eternal order, he very likely will attempt to test that out on God by defying his divine revelation. He is so helplessly and hopelessly stuck on freedom TO that he can't even be bothered to think about passages that talk about freedom FROM! He can't even remember the Word of God in this age; yet, he expects to remember everything about this age in the eternal order.

Well, God is Supernature, but although He is free to hate humanity, He has promised never to choose to do so,
and I choose to believe Him--forever.

And yes, because God took so much trouble creating siblings in Christ, in heaven we will share our Lord's love perfectly,
and there will be nothing to squabble about. :^)
I think I'm bothered by how you word things. God may technically be free to hate humanity and promise to never choose to do so, but I don't see that anywhere in the Bible?

I do remember God regretting making man (Genesis 6:6) - is that what you mean? It doesn't sound like He hated us though - it's just we broke His heart more than anything else. Or do you mean something else?

Please clarify and post the pertinent verses if it's in the Bible.

I said God is free to hate but chooses to love and promises never to change His mind/nature.
And you liked the verses I posted to Rufus.

I did like your post overall, but I wondered about that part of the post.

Was there some verse in the Bible that gave you the impression that God had the option to hate us, but didn't choose to do so?

Romans 9:12-13
It was said to her, “The older will serve the younger.” Just as it is written, “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.”

When people read their unbiblical presuppositions into passages they easily get filled with impressions.

What do you think will be those unexpected surprises on the Last Day for him?

🚟
The way GWh shamelessly perverts, distorts and twists God's Word to suit his agenda and purposes, I don't think it will go as he hopes. God does not like it when people add to his Holy Word!

Prov 30:5-6
5 "Every word of God is flawless;
he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.

6 Do not add to his words,
or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar.

When Jesus returns He won't be looking for a theological construction.

Jesus will be looking for those who did what He told them to do.

Please don't speak for him. I don't appreciate how you're trying to turn people against him.

The fact that you're acting and speaking that way shows you have free will because that behavior goes against the leading of the Holy Spirit. If you really did not have free will and are a programmed robot, you wouldn't be that way at all.
