Suggestion. How about upping the 'edit for corrections' time from 5min to 10min? I am a slowww thinker and the upstairs light bulb usually goes on after the 5 minute deadline.
 
This topic has been brought up a million times. The Admins have specific reasons why they keep it short. They show no sign of extending the time and seem quite adamant about keeping it.
 
Write your post in your own good time using a word processor (for instance Office or Wordpad), copy that and post it in a thread.

Simple! :)

Simply put, with a longer edit time available to users it can mess up the flow of a thread since some highly active threads can receive multiple replies in a short time frame. My suggestion would be to write your replies on a standard word processing software, then when you are happy with your reply, copy and paste it into the reply box here on the site.
