The first beast of Revelation 13:1; Revelation 17 & 18 is Vatican City: Rome, Italy. They are Responsible for WWII & 911 along with the second beast America... Revelation 13:11.

This was God dealing with the Jews. The 144,000 coming out of the great tribulation.

This is God dealing with the Gentiles. It is not a coincidence that both Adolf Hitler & Osama Bin Laden were shot in the head.

One symptom of schizophrenia can be an irrational obsession with numbers, that no one else understands.

My thought is for the OP to see a doctor, and get referred to a psychiatrist.
