God says....

Man is born spiritually dead. This has never meant humans are born without a spirit.
Rather,it means our flesh and worldly consciousness operates on a material level.

It doesn't mean we do not have a spirit within.

Being human means our mortal consciousness is unable to understand the things of God. As told to us in 1st Corinthians 2.

Remember Genesis.
When God made Adam,he breathed into Adams nostrils. And Adam became a living soul,spirit.

The Holy Spirit indwells the body, not the spirit and that has only occurred since Pentecost. 1Cor.6:19 Before then, the Holy Spirit came upon men Num.11:25 Jud.3:10 1Sam.11:6 bringing them the word. 1Kings 18:1 Jer.1:4

God does not take possession of our spirit, He generates or gives birth to a spirit. Jn.3:6 The Holy Spirit does not "spread" Himself through us. It is Christ in me that is the glory visible Gal.2:20 2Cor.3:18 made possible by the Spirit bringing the truth, who is Christ Jn.16:13-14 to renew our thinking according to that truth. Rom.12:2 We are to let that truth dwell in our hearts richly Col.3:16 and the peace of God that comes from that truth, not a saturation of Spirit, but the word of Christ will guard our hearts and minds (values and thinking) from the lies of the Devil. Phil.4:7 Our mortal bodies are not enlivened through our soul, but through the Spirit indwelling our bodies. Rom.8:11 This occurs as we walk in accordance with the Spirit, for in such a walk Rom.8:13 the sin nature, which is in the body, Rom.7:23 has no control over our bodies sending it's self serving impulses to deceive our minds. Rom.7:24-25 Finally, the Lord will raise this mortal body from the grave (if one has died physically before His return) and transform it from corruptible to incorruptible, from mortal to immortal giving us a spiritual body like His. 1Cor.15:42-44 Phil.3:21

Do not let ignorance and/or tradition lead you astray as it did the Pharisees. Pray, pray, pray, study, study, study. There is always much to learn.

Two objects cannot occupy the same space. This is God's promise found in Ezekiel 36:26:

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh."

Jesus went to the cross to die for our sins. But God includes us in the death of Jesus. If all God had to do was to make our old, dead spirit alive again, we would not need to be crucified.

God's way of maturing the believer is always "change by exchange". The mind, emotion and will are not inherently evil. They reflect what is in the heart. So God's way is the initial death and resurrection to new life in Christ. Then our minds must be renewed. Out with the old way of thinking, in with the new. Our emotions must be used to express what is in our spirit man. We learn not to trust emotion, which is how we used to live. Out with the old way of reacting, in with the new. And most of all, the will has to be directed towards God instead of the old, independent, proud and rebellious choices we used to make before we were saved.

Again, God employs the cross. This time, it is our responsibility to choose God's ways, thoughts and attitudes in place of we learned in the world. This is a lifetime of learning. And comes only by taking up our cross.​

You should do more homework. The origin is unknown. It may be "God's truth" or it may be "it is truth", no-one really knows. It's usage is not as you have tried to make it either. Strongly recommend you don't try and tell an Aussie how to use their language.

The natural humans spirit is unable to understand the things of the holy spirit.

This doesn't mean we as natural man do not have a spirit.

The holy spirit quickens our dormant spirit and it is then by that link that we are able to understand how the Gospel makes sense and applies to us.

Any teaching that insists we are born without a spirit is not of God,or his word.

But,those are proofs those natural memories nds cannot understand the things of God.

Our souls are self conscious, our bodies are world conscious and our spirits are God conscious. If we had no spirit, we could not be conscious of God, only self and world conscious. The Holy Spirit calls only His own kind, made in His image.

Well, I would says that the figure of primary importance of Christianity is Jesus Christ Himself. That is why it is called "CHRISTianity."

If Mary was such an important figure in Christianity, it is remarkable in the extreme that she is only mentioned in the first three gospels, and once in Acts. She is not mentioned at all in any of the New Testament epistles. She is not portrayed as the figure of prime importance in Christianity. In saying that, I am certainly not denying her, or saying that she didn't really give birth to Jesus. The Bible says she did, and we read of the angel, and Elizabeth, saying that she was blessed among women.
