Concerning John 14:15 I have met personally no Christian of any denomination who has tried to obey each and every command of Christ written in the Gospels. I like the way Paul puts it:

Carry each others burdens and so fulfil the law of Christ. Gal 6:2

In order for the Christians sins and lawless deeds to be remembered no more, something had to happen in order for the Christian not to have a licence to sin. Jesus told Nicodemus: ''Ye MUST be born again''. Being born again of the spirit is not an option, it is pivotal. For Jesus will be no ones Saviour from sin unless they have been born again of the Holy Spirit. For He will be no ones saviour from sin unless they in their heart desire to live as his Father wants them to( the law God requires a person to keep has been written on their mind and placed on their heart at the point of conversion)
If the law was not placed on the converts heart and written on their mind God desires them to keep they would view the new covenant as a licence to sin, for the Christian has a righteousness before God, not of observing the law but of faith in Christ(Rom3:21&22)

1Jn 3:9 Whosoever is begotten of God doeth no sin, because his seed abideth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is begotten of God.

this is born again and what is sin contextually according to John?

1Jn 3:4 Every one that doeth sin doeth also lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness.

Sin is transgressing the law, so if the one born of God does not sin then they are obeying the law. why because the law is on their heart. what law you ask:

2Co 3:3 being made manifest that ye are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in tables that are hearts of flesh.

written by the Spirit and it is the law on stone now written on the heart.

So then those who have faith will keep the law.

The penalty of sin brings great fear of sin, and fear of sin brings much allurement to sin. If you live under the law the penalty for sin remains, if you live under grace the penalty has been removed, hence:

For sin shall not be your master for you are not under law but under grace(through faith in Christ) Rom 6:14

Jesus died to pay the penalty of your sin, and to break the power of sin in your life. The power of sin is the law 1Cor 15:56

Hi I'm knew here, But the above statement makes no sense. Abraham had no law but had faith, oh and did Issac and Jacob who's mane is Israel. He is the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob is He not. When did God give them law? or was it by faith and faith in what?

You are wrong my friend. We are not exempted from keeping all of the laws. There are some laws, such as the 10 commandments for example, that are still in effect.

If what you say is true, then is it ok to steal, covet, kill?

Your reasoning does not harmonize with the teachings of Jesus.

those who are in Christ are not under the law...they became dead to the law...through baptism into Christ...scripture says the law have no power over the dead...you are now alive in Christ following the spirit of the law.....which is the way Christ lived...not disobeying the law ....but doing the very things the law commands with a heart of love, mercy and compassion...if you are dead how can the law have dominion over you??? and if you are dead to the law then you are alive unto Christ...and now a servant of righteousness.....if for whatever reason you revive your flesh and neglect Christ by obeying the lusts of the flesh...then you are no longer abiding in Christ/following the spirit....and will be judged according to the flesh by the law.....

Romans 6:2-4King James Version (KJV)
[SUP]2 [/SUP]God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
[SUP]3 [/SUP]Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
[SUP]4 [/SUP]Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Abrahams faith was credited to him as righteousness(Genesis 15:6) as is the Christians faith today credited to them as righteousness before God.
The problem is, many churches, in effect preach, saved by grace(through faith) kept by works of the law. That message contradicts Paul's Gospel, and leaves the convert striving for acceptance by their own personal goodness under the law. Satan is not stupid, he knows he cannot convince people Jesus did not die on the cross if they have accepted him as their Saviour, so he does the next best thing, he robs them of grace, the true power of the Christian to grow in holiness

Nevermind. I'm still not sure what you are saying.

define what the law is. would the full law come with 10 commands or the rest of the degrees added from try to understand what the 10 commands were saying. so in short, the nuts and bolts of the law are the 10 commandment.
also when adding the temple of stone the requirement of the law were used to follow the law ie animal for forgivness, etc
when jesus saved them under the nuts and bolts of law. how can you use the law as a guide, if jesus was the only person to follow it fully.

The Golden Rule
12 "So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.Matthew 7

Galatians 3: By Faith, or by Works of the Law?
1 O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? It was before your eyes that Jesus Christ was publicly portrayed as crucified.2 Let me ask you only this: Did you receive the Spirit by works of the law or by hearing with faith?3 Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?4 Did you suffer so many things in vain---if indeed it was in vain?5 Does he who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you do so by works of the law, or by hearing with faith---6 just as Abraham "believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness"?

just like abraham , jews and gentiles who believe in jesus christ

16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.1

18 Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity
and passing over transgression
for the remnant of his inheritance?

First, it's Isaac, not Issac. I know because it's my name as well. Second, Isaac came well before the ten commandments.

Intentionally lawless?

No, He came before they were codified to Israel. Israel had been in captivity, as abject slaves, for over 200 years and had lost the knowledge of the Laws of God. God restated them on Mt. Sinai.

And as Paul Harvey used to say, "Now, for the rest of the story"...

Gen 26:5 Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

Would you let someone into your church who passed his wife off as his sister to gain favour of someone?
Then after lying he allowed his wife to be taken by another to be his wife. And instead of at that point admitting his dishonesty he accepted gifts from his wifes suitor.

My guess is you would hurl your accusations at such a person and say they were condemned due to disobeying God's commands

Uh, do you think that God approved of Abraham lying? By interpolation, are you telling me you approve of lying? Are you telling us the truth right now?
